What so even the digital download is unavalible in the us? I could walk into the shop the day of release and I get mine

In the uk and even a French album

No you can't get "Sans attendre" or any of her french catalog except for "D'eux" titled as "The French Album" and "S'il suffisat d'aimer" oh and "Dion chante Plamondon" on iTunes and the only place I have seen her French albums in stores here is the boutique in Vegas

Yep! It's true. That's what's so frustrating to me becuase I wanted all of SA. I keep checking but nope! At least I can get the video, can't get the song, but I'll take the video..... I know, I don't understand why they haven't released Sans Attendre *at all* in the US. I ordered it online off Celine's website, so it's not a bit deal, but it's so weird that it's not even available on iTunes (it's not like they have to produce or ship CDs to have it available on there). She has tons of US fans - we love the French music too!!

Definitely. I would like to know what the costs of putting an album on iTunes are, or what is the main situation why not all music is available worldwide. Artists have fans everywhere. Why do they sacrifice a sell somewhere by not making something widely available? Then the person who really wants something but can't buy it will resort to illegal downloading or other means.

if you can get your hand on a canadian prepaid credit card and switch your iTunes country/region to Canada, then you could buy all the Celine French songs you want.

 

I received a 50$ gift credit card from Verizon once, and i was using it for iTunes US.

lolll Rouge FM montreal played "Le Miracle" 5 times yesterday!!!! and other songs, but not QPVSA

 

 

Rouge Fm Quebec played multiple Celine songs (french n English) and played QPVSA twice.

Yeah, apparently LE MIRACLE turned out to be a moderate hit in Québec. The "live" performances on youtube also got plenty of views.

I read somewhere that last week "Qui peut vivre sans amour?" hit 16 on the radio in France I think

In Quebec on Rythme Fm radio, QPVSA is #5 this week.

On Rouge Fm radio, QPVSA is #16 but Le Miracle is still #12!

I think this time Celine's songs have not been instant hits, but they've taken a while to get into people's minds and hearts. "Le Miracle" could have done a bit better, but its timing was not really the best one, as Christmas playlists are saturated with holiday songs or past-year hits, so many new songs get lost in the shuffle. Still, some radios are still playing it, and are giving QPVSA a chance, so although its power may not be the same as PAMP, they're still not giving up on it.
