And I wouldn't call Celine lazy unless she hires someone to sing instead of her.

 

I see that lots of people here have so many ideas about how music videos and albums should be made. Talking won't achieve anything. Have you ever considered making it your professional career?

Why all the moaning?! Sitting at home and criticizing someone and calling them Lazy is very easy, but apart from doing shows in Vegas (including rehearsals) she's recording 2 NEW albums, shot a new video/ photo shoots and she has a private life too. She has young children an old mother and basically a family.

So suck it up and stop complaining. She's doing a lot more than some of us here

And don't even compare her to other artists and what they're doing. If you know Celine well enough her family matters a lot more to her.

Lets appreciate her and be happy with what she's given us!

I say the quote at the beginning is not there without a meaning for it being there. The first line is "the soul is a crystal". So my guess is those objects we all here see as sparkles, are in fact crystals. So then all those crystals are souls. And when a crystal hits the screen (for example when Céline throws them at the viewer) we see a face of a person, a person whose soul that crystal is.

 

So there in the desert is a huge amount of souls. What they do there is a mystery. My guess is that they are souls of passed away people and people who are about to be born - hense why in some parts it looks as if the crystals are going up towards the sky and in some they seem to come from the sky going downwards to the earth.

I know, I know... I agree, I love your vision on the video... And I guess that's what the director envisioned... But the parts with the humans... That could have been a bit slicker IMO

I hate to be the one who has a bad opinion about the video but... I find it quite boring, no history, no too much emotion.. It looks more like a perfume Advert or Swarovski advert.

 

There are to much effects between Céline and the camera, the double, the dessert. I don't know, but I have to say I don't like the video at all. The only thing I like from the video is that Céline looks beautiful, that's it!

 

I would love Céline's team to find another music video's director.I want videos like in the old days, PQTME is my favorite one.

The video is nice, Celine looks great, the intro is one of the best intros from all her videos but after 2 months I expected more. And I agree that using various people's shots and Celine just singing the words, not interacting, is getting tiring

I disagree. It was unnecessary. I think it would have been obvious because Celine's face was only shown close up.

 

We would never have known if it weren't for the accessibility we have on the internet now.

Between 3 kids, Vegas shows , so many new collaborations for 2 different albums, a photoshoot for Vegas, another one for V magazine, ,another one for Elvis tribute, a new videoclip and all the pressure she has everyday, let's be careful before calling her lazy... and the video would not have been better if she would have been in the desert for real.
