She looks cool,sexy and so beautiful! I loved the photoshoot! Even the weird photos are funny!

As for the negative comments.....Does she always have to look like a conservative lady-mother-singer? She's a sexy young lady in a great photoshoot!Just enjoy it!

Instead they should have focussed the energy they wasted to shoot these pics on her music, and came up with a shocker album, but no, she recorded a gazillion covers. Where is the surprise in that? How is that artistic?

Well, there could be some nice surprises on the album (I'm still hoping and dreaming). But if it doesn't surprise us in a good way, yes, it will be a kind of a disappointment. Now we just have to wait (which we are unfortunately getting used to) and see.

Totally agree with you too that it is very cool that Celine is getting a lot of attention, and that she enjoyed it, but for me it is just ridiculous. Celine is not a fashion model, she is a singer. Instead they should have focussed the energy they wasted to shoot these pics on her music, and came up with a shocker album, but no, she recorded a gazillion covers. Where is the surprise in that? How is that artistic?

 

I have to agree with you in that, Claudette, you're so right. This photoshoot has come like a break for me from the so worn out image of the classy Céline, demure and overpious, always dressing and posing the same, so to me this change for once is great. But if I could choose between this different, shocker photoshoot, and a complete new tracklist full of the same dose of shocker, new, original and exciting songs, but a "mediocre" photoshoot, of course I would pick the freshness kept for the new music

 

The originality I see in the bunny picture with those plush animals in her pants a la Lady Gaga, it's the originality that is going to lack in her album I'm afraid Climb Every Mountain doesn't fit at all with this Céline photos

It's very arty, love the idea, makes her a bit edgier. Yet it's nothing that new for her. But she gets a lot of attention in the media and surprisingly it's mostly positive. Not a fan of the YMCA white leather outfit.

Me too. And, honestly, I used to think that Celine, like every other celeb, has a certain image and should stick to it. But what if she got tired of it and needed to show us a different side of Celine Dion? Something that has always been a part of her but we did not know it because she hadn't showed it. Maybe she was a little afraid of what people would think (bacause of her image) but then she got confident enough to show us that 'different' Celine.

I have no problem with most people here liking the photoshoot. I have never said she looked ugly or that she is not allowed to do a shoot like that if it's her choice. What I don't get is the way you people keep attacking those who don't like it. The way you believe your personal beliefs are superior to everybody else's is not cool. This so totally reminds me why I haven't wanted to be a part of a forum for such a long time. It's only the complete praising of what a certain artist chooses to do and if somebody dares to disagree they are immediately considered to be way to conservative, narrow-minded and should come into the 21st century. I don't feel welcome here, guys. It's cool if Celine gets the attention that she wants. I just don't think that's the kind of attention she needs to sell her music. Go on and hate me if you wish for expressing my totally negative opinion.

 

Well, it's a good point actually. Makes sence. I have no problem with SOME people here DISliking this photoshoot. Honestly, I'm in love with these new pictures and it's good to see it gets positive opinions from other fans but I wouldn't give a s*** even if i were the only member of the forum who likes it. I just don't give a damn thing for what other people think or say, if a person has his own point of view then other people opinions might be of some interest but never happen 2 bother u...
