As a fashion student - i think its totally amazing - the images are stunning.

she isnt exactly showing anything! it is also a photoshoot for V Magazine which is a brilliant fashion mag - whos shoots are rather sexy and provocative.

I think its fantastic that she is in the magazine with amazing images like this - its putting her out there again and they are attention grabbing images I think and people would be like woow thats Celine Dion?!?!?! 0_0 - and may make new people come to her music - though i do think those images to her music dont mix well totally off key - but still brilliant.

Celine opens up her heart and goes on about Adele, Whiney Houston, motherhood and her man in an interview and photoshoot in V Magazine

 

 

Celine Dion has got it bad for Adele.

The stunning Canadian songstress calls the Grammy-winning singer "a total package" in an interview for V Magazine's upcoming Travel issue.

"I think that her whole image is very good!" the 44-year-old star said. "The way that she is will definitely help the new generation of girls accept themselves."

 

 

Fortunately Celine has a solid marriage to help her stay away from some of the disasterous choices made by others in the music business. And now she has a family. ‘I thought I had a life before, but until I was a mom, I had no idea. I'm more grounded now than ever before,’ she told V Magazine.

 

 

Dion sang the British chart-topper's praises during a chic black and white photoshoot at her Florida home - her first non-promotional magazine shoot in nearly six years.

The "My Heart Will Go On" singer said that Adele has the potential to bring change to an industry that she's always been wary of - a feeling that's increased in the wake of fellow pop legend Whitney Houston's death.

"I have always been scared of the industry," Dion said. "I was just in shock when Whitney's life had been taken because of drugs. It's a big loss for all of us."

 

 

Celine confesses to V Magazine, ‘I have always been scared of the industry.’ The toll the business — especially its often-related lifestyle choices — has taken on other singers is not lost on her. Says the Canadian diva, ‘I was just in shock when Whitney's life had been taken because of drugs. It's a big loss for all of us.’

 

 

But the star says she won't let her concerns stop her from taking the stage.

"I was brought into this world to do this, no doubt," she said, though acknowledging that she's taken on a much more important endeavor in recent years - motherhood.

"I thought I had a life before, but until I was a mom, I had no idea. I'm more grounded now than ever before," she said.

 

 

Despite the risks and rigors of a performer’s life, Celine tells V Magazine she never had another choice. ‘I was brought into this world to do this, no doubt.’

 

The confidence she's gained from being a mother shows.

"I've been an open book all my life, and I think that's why people like me," Dion said. "I've been criticized for it, but I'm not forcing myself to be the person that you see."

Finally Celine is doing something different.

 

I prefer this new shooting to that boring Vegas magazine shooting.

 

Finally we are getting to know the "flame" side, the "water" side we've already known for quite a while...

I'm totally shocked, but in the good way!

I LOVE that pictures! ... c'mon guys, Celine looks so HOT! and sexy!

 

I like it, all the world knows her, and i'm pretty sure that people will like the pics, why? cuz is Celine, the lady,

the girl that never gonna do that kind of photoshoots, and it will be a nice surprise, specially because she look hot BUT not vulgar.

 

And, this is not like she will change her career, or become a slu**, like Madonna, or Mariah,

remember that they dress even worse in her videoclips, concerts, etc and Celine only do that for a special ocasion, for the photoshoot.

And even if the pics are from the official shot for the CD, doesn't matter.

Celine is a shopping dynamo. “I love to shop,” she says. “I love fashion. I love so many wonderful things. It’s not only about clothes, it’s about shoes, it’s about accessories, it’s about jewelry. My husband is next to me right now and when I say jewelry I can see money signs in his eyes because he’s going crazy! Sometimes I wish I could just wear a beautiful, elegant bathrobe with lots of jewelry that is like, ‘Where are you going?’ ‘Exactly right here, hon. Nowhere else but here.’ I can take a hot bath with just my beautiful wedding ring and it’s like getting married again. I’m probably wearing more jewelry and chic things in my house when no one sees me than when I’m out there trying to be accessible. Maybe it’s a mistake, maybe it’s not, but you should see me behind closed doors. It’s quite something.” Does she wear all of this to cook an egg? She laughs. “Sometimes you don’t want to know when I’m wearing it. It’s like up to the roof! It’s just wonderful. I’m fortunate to have beautiful things.”

If Celine’s words sound wild in print, they are overwhelmingly gracious and endearing when spoken. She views her considerable resources as a gift to share with her family, allowing for impressive homes where they take turns on the waterslide, blow bubbles by the pool, and eat cupcakes on the beach.

Love the topless one as its done tastefully and is cute but the others are trashy sorry... The styling and photographer did her no favours, but hats off to her for trying to be different, just not my cup of tea...
