Breakaway is one of the most stunning vocals Celine has ever laid down in her entire life. PERIOD! Holy FREAK it's just absolutely stunning! I adore At Seventeen, the production is wonderful and her vocals are so perfect. The arrangement is very modern and current.

BEST ballad of hers since I SURRENDER!!!

 

PERIOD PERIOD The melody and lyrics are wonderful. The feeling, the voice, the performance. IT HAS to be a single! Not even LMBTL made my heart beat that fast! I wasn't that comfortable with the grandma voice during the verses but BREAKAWAY is flawless... I wouldn't change a thing!

We had WDMHBN, then WFTM, TPOL, then came BYLM, followed by MHWGO, and then I Surrender, and 11 years later came BREAKAWAY. Edited by mike_z

Am I the only one who's not feeling ABYG?

 

Her voice sounds tired... the falsetto is a little bit sleepy... it could belong to the MIRACLE album... I liked the ending though. I think they pitched her voice.
