Ohhh wonder if they'll use that one they had at the Colosseum before? Where's that one now? They used to charge a ridiculous amount to take a pic with wax Celine before going into the show. Hey I love Sarah Michele too - she's always be my Buffy!! Love her statue there. Love her new show too. That figure is still inside CP. They still charge like $40 for a picture but the proceeds go to CD Foundation or something. I've never done it cause I don't like that dress she's in. Do we know if Céline is going to be there? This is what I read on the Madame Tussauds website on how they make the figures: We discuss pose, expression and the image of the figure with the sitter and take detailed measurements and photographs in, ideally, a 4-hour, but sometimes just 15-minute sitting. Sittings are hard work – even four- hours isn’t much time to gain all the information needed to create a figure which could take up to six months to make. The sculptor usually has an assistant and our in-house photographer at ‘external’ sittings sessions, but when they take place at Studios the sculptor can also expect assistance from additional Tussauds artists - experts in assessing hair, eyes and skin colouring and discussing wardrobe requirements. Members of the Tussauds mould team are also available to take hand casts and teeth casts, if necessary.The sitting offers the sculptor the opportunity to get to know his/her subject a little, gaining an insight into the ‘real person’ behind the media image – Madame Tussauds endeavours to reflect this in the final figure. So she would have had a sitting at least 6 months ago. Probably in Vegas, so it wouldn't have been that much trouble for her to do it.
