Hmm. I have always believed Grobandion's story that it was three different people in his office. I originally found it quite hard to believe that someone made up three different personas or that it was schizo case. I only wish he had been more forthcoming that he knew those two other people.

 

My only other two cents about a member is re: Adlane or AbFab or whatever his name was. I can't remember what he did specifically, I can only remember him being very negative around here. I remember that specifically cause I thought he was changing For Good but then he definitely went out with a bang. Too bad, but I hope he's happy with whatever life has taken him.

 

People change and focus on other things in their lives. Later this month will be my 5th year here and I personally don't spend as much time as I once used to. Has no reflection on the current members or past forum events.

That's what my thought has been the whole time reading this about the forum "having changed"! It's inevitable that people change (and get older) and therefore things change and that's why it starts to feel like it's "not the same anymore". And I mean in everything in life! It's kinda sad but it's just a natural progress I think.

Sadlly I was not a member here yet when this traceline was posting here... but holy camoly... she is one crazy whatever. I spent the last hour reading that thread and I was both shocked and laughing my head off. What a nutjob...

I remember lindsey22 very well. Actually still have some of the hate mail she sent me. I remember she even reported me to Vic/Bellamy and they forwarded her message to me...

 

But the conversation that stuck with me is one between Vic and her. So Vic came up with name ''chesternut'' for Celine fans and then this conversation took place:

I think the thing that I missed most is coming here every night after my classes and reading the reviews from the TC shows. I used to love reading about all the funny things Celine did during the show. My favourite is still all the times she started laughing during ''My Love'' and had to start over...

I don't know if you meant me (but I think so ), but I just wanted to say that yeah I know this thread is for fun and shouldn't be taken seriously. I just meant cause I've noticed people wondering about it on other threads too, like "this place isn't the same anymore" and talking about losing some members and having more younger members and some people have even admitted not posting much anymore cause it "doesn't feel the same anymore". So it was more about just that, like a sort of a sum up from all that and I thought that's what Edwin perhaps meant too on his post (?).
