"The Colour of My Love" Tour - Official Topic

I had been thinking for a little while about making a topic about the The colour of my love Tour, which we don't have much information about. If you have any kind of info about the tour, please, post it (videos, pictures, etc...). Sadly, the The colour of my love Concert Home video is the only official footage that we have from this tour, so it would be nice to get more videos.

(Yeah! You know that song in TCOL album? I know it's hard to believe but Celine has sung other songs than the power of love and Love can move mountains in her life, check your CD )

This tour was the ALL-time-Radio-cassette tour if you know what I mean. She basically sang live a few of her songs. You just have to watch TCOML concert on DVD and see; there's nothing much about this tour other than TAPE-recorders rolling and Celine moving her mouth to the music. Plus, her RDMH performance is quite bad [compared to how she performed it afterwards : for example: Doing the windmill in her FYI tour ], she looks angry and isn't that happy in her own skin, so if she gave that performance everynight, people would be annoyed

 

Plus, Celine's vocal weren't at full capacity, many of her TPOL renditions were actually pretty average compared to the following years 1995-1999

Am I the only one who thinks the performance of "River Deep, Mountain High" on Letterman's show was really weak? I mean vocally it's fine, but the performance was underwhelming. She just basically stood there with no stage presence. The "Misled" performance on Leno's show, however, was awesome! And we got the second verse! I freakin' LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the line, "Loving somebody ain't your average 9 to 5!"

well don't forget it was the first time she sang this song! She had to grown into it...

yup, like he said! I think it's a big mistake from Sony releasing this video! and especially naming it 'The Concert', they should have named it, The Special (which it was!!!)
