The next night I was in the Orchestra in the middle and it looked great. I think it's pretty small as they have nothing else on the stage at all, but it's still really realistic looking. Quote

If that woman is in this forum - then I have a message for you. - "Your comments were really inappropriate". I agree, she was way outta line. So we have perhaps her favourite songs. The show is wonderful, not without faults, but wonderful. TLYM isn't always necessary. It's a touch of class...which is what Celine is. My only comment is that it gets a little slow from the hologram to All by Myself- it's the middle segment and quite long and every song is a slower song. Even a slightly uptempo song would pep it up a bit! But I adoreeee it! It's beautiful! My favourite parts are the opening and Open Arms/WDMHBN, James Bond! Both of those are at the beginning- I wish they'd throw a Think twice in the middle or something! Quote

I thought Open Arms was incredible - a good opener! Like AND it'll change over years but they just started last week, so don't expect BIG changes but tweeks here & there. Celine's shows are always a well oiled machine and very calculated, she doesn't do the type of shows that can be changed on a dime - it's always a production. I guess that's how necessary it is.... And yes, this show is surely about the songs Céline herself like. But also mixed with the previous plans of a movie themed show (Bond medley + How Do You Keep The Music Playing + BATB). But if it's really about Céline, if that's the new theme I say leave the Bond medley out and put in some more of her favs. Haven't she said she is a huge Annie Lennox fan? A bunch of mediocre songs that had no impact that were being pressed upon us like they were her most revolutionary hits. I wouldn't object to seeing Think Twice added in, or even another hit like If You Asked Me To or Nothing Broken But My Heart. None of these were really any more of a hit than TLYM was though, but a revival for the current show would be nice. As long as it doesn't end up staying around for 15 years like TLYM did. And though I'm not crazy about A New Day Has Come or That's The Way It Is, I'd much rather see The Reason be removed and replaced with one of these 5-6 hits. I'm over that already. At Seventeen can be replaced by one of her songs. A French one perhaps. One of HERS. Maybe something that hasn't been done in awhile. It should not automatically be one of the same 6 songs she always does. Perhaps Je Danse Dans Ma Tete (sp?), or Le Blues Du Businessman, etc. That would have some cool Vegas effects. Replace Lullaby with a Miracle song and the Stevie duet with one of her own that she has done. Those 5-6 changes could easily make this her greatest show. It's not a whole lot, and it really isn't even to much to ask for. Quote

But I put all my hopes up for it on the tour yet it was quite neglected and taken out before the DVD was shot. Why do they insist on having as little variety in her set lists as possible (when it comes to her own songs)?! Call The Man would be incredible too, it's one of my absolute favorites of hers.
