I think it's too early to talk about a DVD of the show as we are still in the show's first year. But don't worry 'cause I'm 100% sure that eventually we'll get it; by the way, 3 Boys and a New Show includes some HQ clips from the opening night and dress rehearsals.

Yeah your right but I just can't help it ever since I saw the show in June I've been dying for a dvd though like you said I too am sure we will eventually get one. I was so happy to see those HQ clips in the new doc. can't wait to see them tomorrow(since I'm in Canada)

 

I went back though and read the article that we have found that we all thought was for a dvd and judging by the sounds of it I think it was for the documentary airing tonight(US) and tomorrow (Canada)

When Céline does the duet with herself, and the 'real' Céline comes from behind - Is she running outside to get there?! Because it looks like it in the "3 Boys & A New Show" docu.

I think some fans have ! They are very strict about who can go to the toilet at that time. they dont allow you to go during certain times, the time when she would be out there.....

according to Ticketmaster, there are still 722 tickets unsold for tonight, and the upcoming weeks don't look too good either. hopefully she'll be able to snag a Grammy performance spot to build up some hype again.

I agree. For me it isn't a deal breaker either....and I'll still go either way. So those who say "well if you have a problem just don't go" ....that is not at all a valid argument. Just because I don't agree with something doesn't mean I hate everything about the show. In this case, with the show, I don't agree with it and the lipping, but overall, it's an alright show, and I'll still go to see Celine and get the whole "celine energy thing" going on. I still have a great time despite knowing.

 

I could hate every song in the show, and I would still go. It's still Celine, and just because I think something isn't great, or could be better, doesn't mean I won't support her in it still.

 

Of course Rene knows this. He knows 99% won't know, and the 1% that does know is such a small portion anyway, but many take the route we've taken - and that is one of acceptance.

 

 

when I would have paid a flight from Amsterdam to Las Vegas, which is quite a lot of money and an expensive concertticket to hear one of the best singers in the world.. I am not satisfied with only the show and knowing most of the setlist is lipped! no freaking way! Celine is no Santa nor Easterbunny but a very good singer and I expect real singing for that enormous price I have to pay for a concert!

So no you don't see me taking a flight to Vegas for this show. I have heard the bootlegs, saw the videos on the documentary and it is nice and gorgeous, but I am not planning to. Only if she comes to Amsterdam again I would certainly go. So yes for me it is a dealbreaker.

I'll go to see her in Vegas between this fall and the beginning of next year, if everything goes as planned. The show will probably not be the same as now, some things will probably be different (costumes, couple of new songs), but I just can't wait! It's probably going to be the greatest experience of my life, honestly.

that is what I hope too, that the show will completely change. Is it the first time you will see and hear Celine live? Because if it is , it is some kind of experience you will never forget. Ever since I bought my ticket for the Amsterdam Taking Chances show I was so excited. It was a once in a lifeftime experience. It was magical. Her voice sounded so loud and fresh there, I loved any minute of the concert. A shame though that the concert was over before I knew it. But I will never forget it :-)

Yes, it will be my very first "Celine Live" experience. :whee: And I can't tell you guys how happy and nervous AND ANXIOUS I am as I write this, because It's not really easy for me to save money for such a thing. (I am not only saving money for myself, I'll pay the plain tickets, the show tickets and the hotel room of my mother, my brother and my own, of course. Thank God my father told me that he will pay his part. My grandparents, who are Celine fans as well, are coming with us but they pay their own part of the travel.)

 

I know it's a big deal, but it's not enough for me to be first-row at the show (by the way, have some of you been in first row? is it a good view of the show?), I am also planning to write a little letter to Patrick Angelil, hoping to be able to meet with him first, and if I get to meet Céline... I don't know... it would be my biggest dream come true 'cause she means the world to me. I'm also interested on meeting René, because I idolize him a little bit as well; I'd like to have a short chat with him about the way he handles Celine's career and, specially, ask him about my favorite song of hers, Then You Look At Me, if I remember to ask him about it. Wish me luck guys!

Wow that is great! with the whole family to the show! Hope you have a great time and sure you will! but about your dreams of meeting Celine, meeting Patrick or Rene.. I am afraid that dream ain't coming true. You can always hope and dream, but not many people are that fortunate!

Yes, it's going to be spectacular. I think all of us are going to enjoy it tremendously. I always though my first time seeing Celine live would be with my girlfriend but I'm currently free . About meeting Celine, I know it ain't gonna be easy, but I'll try my best.

It is a dream come true for me I have always wanted to see Celine live in Vegas.

I have never been to the USA before.

 

I am in the third row on the August 14th Show and I am in the back for the Aug 15th Show.

I am so excited!!!!

 

I am going on my own though so I would love to meet up with fans who are going to the same shows.

 

Also so looking forward to browsing the Celine shop and spending some dollars lol

im so confused right now ,ticketmaster had ultimate vip packages for celine which replaced the diamond vip packages(they included different things in the new one) but now all show dates are listing the diamond packages again, anyone know anything on this?

Well according to this website http://www.ticketmaster.com/celinedion it explains the new packages start after March 30. Perhaps because of the cancelations, ticketmaster hasn't really made any changes. On the bottom there is an email address. The new packages seem cool.
