well its gotta be before the movie comes out.

 

Right, which is why it will likely air Monday or Tuesday of that week.

Orrr it could also be the Thursday before (February 11). Won't be Friday because Oprah does live shows on Fridays. Who knows! LOL. We'll just have to wait and see.

haha i might just be paranoid, but my essay that was due wednesday, got pushed back to next wednesday..haha i was thinking to myself earlier " if i got called, i would get a 0 on a 25% of my final grade paper becaues i wouldnt be able to do it since id be going to oprah..lol. hmmm could that be a sign? lol

Just to let you all know all 14 of us are all friends. We just happen to all be girls who love Celine...which is how we all met.

We have just been given tickets to the show, nothing else. We are all paying for ourselves, so Oprah isn't technically 'sending' us to the show, we are just really lucky to have tickets. We have been dreaming about this for a while now, so even though it has ended up costing us a lot it doesn't matter as we'll all be together in the end.

We are all so excited not only for the show, but to see each other! We have not all seen each other for so long.

 

We have all received numerous messages, some being not so nice. I don't understand why some people can't be happy for us :(

Thank you to those who are just as excited as us, this is a once in a lifetime chance!! :shock: :clap:

 

We will update you all asap.

I've said this about thousand times already, but I'm SO incredibly happy and excited for each and everyone of you who has the chance to be there personally or through Skype. I know you'll represent us all well! :thumbsup2: And as I can't be there myself, I'm living vicariously through all of you, so please take note of every single little detail! :laugh:

 

I agree, how immature!! :down: I've crowned myself the worlds most unlucky fan anyways so seriously if I'm not jealous, come on!! I'm just happy we have SO many people going/skype-ing to give us the inside scoop! :clap: have fun everyone!!!

Oh my Gosh!!!!!!!! This is freaking amazing!!!!!!! Can't wait for this either. I am going to have to come home super early to check the recorder and everything even though I'll stay glued in front of the tv the whole time she's on.

Well, I'd say for those of us still hoping to get a call today, we can officially stop hoping at this point. :-( As sad as that is, I will be glad to get a sense of normalcy back and not be praying for the phone to ring every 5 seconds....But congrats again to everyone who did get a call....you girls go have fun!!!!

I don't believe any male here hasn't applied, but why any was selected for the audience?

awwww Congrats Marina :)

 

Come on Harpo......I mean..I'm kind of having a Celine Dion themed wedding.....I mean...who even does that?! Come onnnn....:( I've been writing to Oprah for more than 2 months..everyday....I just don't understand guys. I'm at a loss for words....

Congrats to everyone!!! It's wonderful to know many fans from this forum are going. :clap: Make this forum proud. Don't forget to keep us posted on everything that will be going on. :)

 

I hope you get that call too LadyLindsey. It breaks my heart to see how much hope you're putting into this Oprah thing.:down: I wish you luck to realize this dream of meeting Céline(this time or another) cuz there will be other times, that's for sure :hug:

CONGRATS to everyone who is able to go, or be there via Skype, I'm so happy for all of you! :whee: Represent us well, and send her our love!

 

To those who didn't and gave it their all, try not to be too discouraged. When Céline was on in 2004 with Miracle, they asked fans to make a video showing why you were her biggest fan. I, of course, made one and worked VERY hard on it. I also sent in a ton of e-mails, etc. Then, no call. Nothing in response. Then in 2007 when she was on for Taking Chances, I got asked twice to be there! They really had paid attention to how many times I had written in over the years. So, it is possible! Don't ever give up on your dreams. :msn-wink:

 

Ashley: Only 300 or so seats?? Wow. I thought there were a lot more. They should film the show at a stadium so we can all go :lol: Oh, and preferably in Dallas :P Cowboys??

Yep, the studio looks much bigger on TV - it's actually pretty small. Looks completely different. Then Céline at the end, filmed a promo standing in front of me (:w00t:) and she said, "I'm here at the Oprah show with over 300 of my new friends!" And I was like... really? :blink: Then I spazzed out because Céline called me her friend... kidding, haha! :laugh:

They told me they have problem with Skype connections. Maybe won't Skype anyone at all. Is it same for everyone else?
