Just want to know if anyone from Toronto,Canada will watch the movie next Wednesday? It'll be nice to maybe meet up and watch the movie together These are the theatres I'm planning to watch it on, so let me know if you want to get together. Hehehehe.. no, I meant those are the three theatres that are closest to me and I'm still deciding on which one I'll go to depending on the Celine forum fans that might want to meet together here in Toronto I wish I could watch it multiple times but who knows Let me know Celine forum fans in Toronto.. Oh okay, I misunderstood. I thought you were going three times. I was like I could only justify one time spending that much for a movie ticket. I didn't even tell my dad how much it cost because he woulda thrown me out of the car. I told him it was just normal ticket price I didn't want to risk my life

I just saw TTEOTW. OH MY GOD!

The movie is amazing and at the end of course you want more.

I was crying half of the movie. I have to go watch it again next week.

It's a dream come true for someone who could never imagine to see something like this and even meet Celine.

I thought Celine is in hospital going throug IVF? When is the premiere in Miami?

 

Where do all these articles get the information that the movie will be released in SA this week? None of the movie theaters in SA knows anything about this movie. They all ask me how do I know about it, because it is not on their systems.

 

Edit: Just spoke to SONY SA again and the guy said it is still not ''confirmed'' that it will get a theater release in SA. I just don't get them. It is a simple ''yes'' or ''no'' thing. How difficult can it be. I just wish they would get their frigging act together. Every week they have a different story.

How it is misleading?

In the article, it says "Céline assistera à l'avant-première à Miami, mardi prochain". So it mean : "Céline will attend the "avant-première"(meaning the night before the premiere) in Miami, NEXT TUESDAY".

 

I don't think it's difficult to understand here. Tonight(Friday) she is in NYC to complete the IVF attempts, the same article here confirms it : "l’impresario, qui était seul hier puisque Céline se repose toujours, priorisant cette cinquième tentative de fécondation assistée." So she wasn't with René in Montréal last night for the screening either. And it is(and was) out of the question that she would be at the Olympics since the beginning. There was article who confirmed(two times at least) that she wouldn't be there.

Next week though, she probably would be able to attend a screening in Miami. It's all very clear and simple to me. There never was conflicting infos.

Can I just tell you how freaking cool this film is, it's about passion,family,sacrifice,friends,traveling and of course about our Diva. I saw it last night and guys its simply great. You get to see a side of Celine many have never seen, she is super funny and at the same time brings you to tears. Many will be surprised to see RC he is a cool kid! very cool. The preview has nothing on the movie,i mean yeah they show small parts on the preview but if you think the preview is cool wait till you see the film. I can't get over how good it was, i took 2 friends who didnt like Celine, they called her names before and it took an act of congress to get them in. At one point a looked over and BOTH were crying as the showed some very touching images. You will see cameos of Oprah,Mandela,Ali,Barbara Walters, French President, you see Celine running around playing with the staff, you see her getting nervous before taking off on her jet, you see her sick, you see her super happy and of course those crazy fans! Im so glad for you guys, the girl from Mexico you know the one from here in the forum, im sorry i dont know her name. I must say she is gonna be very happy! Felicidades! There's soo much going on a tour of this size. You guys are gonna loooove RC singing at one point, and the whole staff singing alone.SOOOOOO COOL!

At one point before the film started they asked to look for a note under our seats and whoever had it would be the lucky winner of a Celine poster autographed! A sweet girl behind me won it! We went to the taping of taking chances together. so glad for her.

 

So lastly, take all of friends, even the ones who dont like Celine. The film does not show many full songs but integrates events of the tour and use them to match the songs, for example the baby lamb RC lost, well after you see Celine cry when they tell her they found it, they images move back to "When i was a little girl a had a rag doll ..... or when Celine was sick in australia they started playing "Show must go on" ok im gonna stop please go see this film, one must see it at the big screen. Please go and take as many people as u can. You dont have to be a Celine fan to like it. Im taking everyone i can next week! go go go go go!
