angelil78 Posted February 13, 2010 at 06:19 PM Posted February 13, 2010 at 06:19 PM SO confusing,,,it also makes me think about the house they are building and the school of RC...the poor kid will have to leave that school in a couple of years,,,, Nah, he will be able to finish school at the same place Quote
j411celine Posted February 14, 2010 at 12:41 AM Posted February 14, 2010 at 12:41 AM I think that this is the last try for the two of them and they will probably give up. I wish them the best. I hope that they will consider ADOPTION. There are so many kids out there that need a loving home. The trouble with adoption and celebrities is it is seen in a bad light (Madonna) and for publicity. Time will tell what happens. In a french article, I read that Celine said that if the fifth attempt is not the good one, she might try for a sixth one. She said that until her doctor doesn't tell her it's over, she's going to try to have that second child. Even if the Vegas show is now on, she said it wasn't like le cirque du soleil, and she doesn't have to do crazy moves on stage. So she considers herself being able to be pregnant with a second child and do the show. Anyway, I really hope that this fifth try is the good one! She is determined, René is determined, RC is determined, and all of us are sending good vibes. This got to work ! Cool info thanks. Quote

~Christian~ Posted February 14, 2010 at 01:24 AM Posted February 14, 2010 at 01:24 AM She exactly said: "I had an intervention a few days ago, and the transplant is scheduled for friday. It's a little bit longer this time. Each time is a like a new experience, and when you have to go through it several times, it is very demanding for the body, and emotionnally too. But when you think about it, for a child's life, it's nothing." "Since the fourth try, I have decided not to put that much pressure on me. Yes, I have a deal (with Ceasar's Palace), and I'll respect it. I've always been very professional. But here we are talking about a human life, and I think that it is possible to be pregnant and do shows. I won't do backflips on stage, it won't be le Cirque du Soleil, but a classical show with 31 musicians. René lives it his way, he's a businessman, and I'm fine with it. But if this fifth try doesn't work, could we try one more time? I still believe in it, because my doctor tells me that it's still possible, that I'm healthy, and that I don't put my life nor the baby's one in danger. When he tells me to stop, it will be over." Interesting... could you please tell us your source? Which french article was it? Thanks again. She's so human, humble and down-to-Earth, and it's way shown on the sentence I bolded I think. Edit: Nevermind, thanks Lou, now I know which is the source. Exactly what she said recently in Cyberpresse in French! Thanks for posting it here Christian! I've heard that some woman find that it hurts more in the stomach, so they do it in the thigh, while others find that it hurts more in the thigh. It could also depend on the type of hormones she is using. But they say that the transfer can cause cramping for a day or so. Don't know if it is true though. I think she is amazing for going through all this. Edited February 14, 2010 at 09:07 PM by Claudette Quote http://i993.photobucket.com/albums/af51/ClaudetteRobinson/esme.jpg

I think she is amazing for going through all this. The injections she is taking are to simulate the follicular phase, which is normally when ovulation takes place. Approximately at day 14 of the menstrual cycle. I haven't read the article but i think the crampings that she was talking about are the same ones of woman who has cramps just before menses. But she's not having a regular cycle at this moment, because doctors are "playing" with it with hormone injections. They adjust the environment so an embryo can perfectly implant. As for the injections place, my dad is diabetic, so he injects himself with insulin which is another type of hormone. Sometimes he injects in the thigh, sometimes in the belly, depends on how he feels and on how sensible the place of injection is. Quote
