Yes, they should have released a double DVD (French and English) for the LTAL Tour in 1999.

Concerts or shows that (in my opinion) should absolutely be released on DVD:

• "Celine", second Las Vegas residency 2011-2019- One of the most important chapters in Celine's legendary career, and was the second most successful residency shows of ALL TIME (only being eclipsed by Celine's first Las Vegas residency show "A New Day"), with "Celine" grossing almost $300 million, was seen by more than 2 million people, and had over 400 shows! How has this incredible residency with so many amazing moments, and songs STILL not yet been released?? The DVD for "A New Day" that was released worldwide had tremendous success, reaching #1 on many charts and breaking sales records, and I'm sure the long awaited DVD for "Celine" would also experience huge success! What is "Team Celine" waiting for?
  
• Let's Talk About Love World Tour 1998-1999- One of the biggest, most sucessful, and iconic world tours ever, by any music artist. This is the tour when Celine was at the absolute peak of her impressive career! The tour to support the release of one of the best selling, most loved albums of Celine, and as "My Heart Will Go On" was still topping charts. The vocals, and performances, the memorable stage design and Celine's iconic looks, like her classic dresses and long, beautiful curly, wavy hair! So many great moments that could be remembered and cherished for years to come if this tour was available on DVD!
  
• Live in Memphis 1997- One of the best concerts from Celine, while on her "Falling Into You" world tour! A concert that Celine's loyal fans have been waiting on for MANY years. Celine's team released this concert on VHS, but very oddly never released the full concert on DVD.
  
• "A New Day Has Come" CBS TV Special 2002- One of Celine's very best TV specials, with many incredible performances of songs from the album, such as the title track, "I'm Alive", "Have You Ever Been In Love", and "Nature Boy"!
  
• Celine Dion on tour 2016-2018- Celine went on three mini world tours to severals european countries for three consecutive years, providing amazing shows, performances, singing some songs that rarely get performed from Celine's albums, especially in 2017. It would be nice to have Celine performing "How Does A Moment Last Forever", and "Ashes" live on tour during this time period, along with the official "Ashes" music video the DVD!
  

Also, it would be phenomenal to have a proper DVD released for Celine's greatest live performances in her career! Such as- Whitney Houston's DVD titled: "Whitney Houston Live: Her Greatest Performances" released by Whitney's record label team. It's an amazing DVD!

 

Can you imagine having an ultimate collection of Celine's greatest live performances all on one DVD collection?, such as: Celine's winning performance of "Ne partez pas sans moi" live at the Eurovision Song Contest in 1988, "Where Does My Heart Beat Now" live at The Tonight Show in 1990, "Can't Help Falling In Love" from Celine's "The Colour of My Love" TV special in 1993, "The Power of Love" at the American Music Awards in 1995, "Because You Loved Me" from "Live in Memphis" or from Hitman: David Foster and friends TV special, "The Power of The Dream" live from the 1996 Olympics, "Fly" from Oprah's TV show, "All By Myself" live on the Grammy Awards in 1997, "It's All Coming Back To Me Now" live from the Rosie O'Donnell show, "To Love You More" live at the Juno Awards in 1997, "My Heart Will Go On" live from the Academy Awards in 1998, "O Holy Night" from "These Are Special Times" CBS Special, "God Bless America" from the America: A Tribute to Heroes", "The Prayer" live from "One night in Central Park with Andrea Bocelli", "A New Day Has Come" from Oprah in 2002 or the CBS TV Special, "I'm Alive" from VH1 Divas Las Vegas TV Special in 2002, and "The Show Must Go On" at the Billboard Music Awards in 2016! I know I'm missing some of Celine's best live performances, but I just wanted to name just some of Celine's most iconic performances that would be so great to have on a DVD to enjoy!!

 

Music DVD's are still popular and successful, not everyone only wants to stream videos or concerts, many music artists are still releasing new music DVD's

There will come a day when a lot of this stuff gets released... I hope it's not after Celine passes away. It would be great if Celine widens her team that would help tidy things up for her career-wise... with some simple things like uploading her big music videos on YouTube, making her social media presence bigger, releasing some concerts and albums of rarities, etc.

 

I'm also a huge fan of Olivia Newton-John, and she sat on a lot of gems over the years. Now they're getting released.

 

Olivia became a lot more invested in her Cancer and Wellness hospital / doing that kind of work in the later part of her life. She wasn't as interested in the music, although she did continue performing until just a few years ago. She would mostly keep performing in order to raise more money for her hospital in Australia.

I know this thread was created in 2009, but physical formats such as DVDs and Blu-ray discs are obsolete. They should simply release her concerts on streaming platforms such as Prime and Apple TV.

I know. Can you imagine that the TC concert and the USF concert are the only concerts on Amazon Prime.
