Yeah, he shoulda started them at the lowest price he was willing to sell them. That's a mistake new sellers make, thinking they can list low and expect it to end much much higher.

let me tell you my experience with this seller:

i was looking for LTAL asian tour 2 discs edition and i found in a topic that a member from the forum was selling it but as he asked too much i refused.

 

He then put it on ebay together with some other objects he was selling.

when the bidding wasn't over yet i asked about the shipping fee.his reply had been £ 4,50(quite expensive i thought but never mind)

I won the auction for much less then he had asked previously(£13,59)

 

But on the invoice for the payment the s.f was 5 £ , i asked why but he skipped the question saying that a friend of his had to send the p.invoices cause he wasn't there and never explained it or refunded anything.

he also said that he had only precise days of the week on which he could ship the item.Monday, odd wednesday and friday (he even stated in the auction)

 

he adds that he won't be able to ship it on monday..ok but he didn't neither on wed nor on friday!

 

...i wait i wait i wait

and nothing arrives

 

after a week or so he sent a message saying that his pc git a virus and he couldn't get my address before to send the item so he promised to ship on monday...BUT HE DIDN'T

 

ANOTHER WEEK GOES BY.

another message: the virus excuse once again and promises to send the item either the following day or on saturday(which isn't one of his shipping day!)

 

i'm pretty angry at that point and i make him notice his contradictions...but he had no reactions

 

ANOTHER WEEK GOES BY:no news about LTAL nor from him

ANOTHER WEEK GOES BY: i'm too tired i tell him that i give him 5 days time to answer my question otherwiise i'm going to open a contoversy on paypal.

 

the suddenly i receive my LTAL!!!

in perfect condition but still i had to wait too much time(he sent it two weeks later after my payment)

and i happily noticed that he paid only 1,65 £ for the shipping fee!!!!

 

THe communication is over, paypal can't refund anything in this case!

does the If Wall Could Talk single exist or not!?!? I have never seen it, or heard that someone had it. and the cover that is in the collectors guide seems very fan made to me...

Davey, as far as I can remember it was planned as a release back at the time and the cover came up for promotion, but the single release was scrapped at the last moment. So, basically, we know that it was supposed to come out, when and where it was supposed to come out (as far as I can remember, it was supposed to be a Mexico release at first), we knew the tracklist and we had the cover. There was also a release date announced. But the single never came out. I haver also never seen promo releases.

I don't believe it was fan made, even though we didn't have a hq pic - it was just fine - the picture which later became the cover for TCSV1/TEA in blue and white with the name of the song on it. What more can one expect actually?

well it was before the release of TCV1, and the only picture availble back then, was on the mtv ad for the MTV diary which was black and white... so I think the picture might have been used from that one...

 

and I remember that about Mexico too... and I think there was even a rumour that there was a radio version where Céline says 'can you keep a secret' or 'if walls could talk' in Spanish...

 

but yeah I also don't think it exist.... too bad cause I think that song was brilliant and very radio friendly! plus it has a gorgeous clip, that was never really broadcasted

about the auctions of ebay, if there are problems, one should contact e-bay or the seller. We can't control everybody and if one sells either through the forum or through e-bay, that's their decision. I hope everything will work out for the best

Regarding ebay

firstly, YES the last lot of items i sold were sold through a different ebay account due to the fact a friend was selling them for me as i didnt have the time to list them, answer any questions or deal with the postal requests!

secondly, i have no idea whats gone on with the listings as like i said i wasnt having anyting to do with them! So for the listings ending this is what i have heard from yourselves!

thirdly, once i have spoke to my friend about what has happened i will happy enough to explain to anyone that has bidded and/or won items.

fourthly, i have all the details of the items sold and who too as my friend has emailed me them so i can have them packaged and send them off......which is what i have done......so if you have won something its your choice to pay or not....im not fussed either way!

fifthly, l'amour i have no idea what you are going on about.....i try my best to keep postage as far down as possible and i do say to people if i cant get to the post office that if i over charge them for postage i will happily refund them, also lately i have foundout that i can work out the postage over the internet which is now what i tend to do and i only add no more then 35p for packaging for a cd! so i charge £1.20 to £1.35 for a cd in the uk it costs 90p-£1 for postage so please do tell me how this is not fair!?!

 

if you have problems with anything or with anyone, im sure all your parents have brought you up to speak up for yourself and by that you should have just contacted me on here..........as i would have and will tell you anything!

 

i am very concerned that it appears to you that items have been bidded on purposely and i asure you i will be having words with my friend regarding the matter.....at the end of the day they were meant to be helping me out when in fact they seem to have messed things up!

 

in future dont buy anything off me .... i can asure you this too its no skin off my back!

If that was ever true, it doesn't match at all with the music ... it would be like "¿puedes guardar un secreto?" and "si las paredes hablaran"... it doesn't fit with the tempo

yes the front of the slip case has one of those scratch and sniff patches on it....and yes its official and not fake....i checked it out before i brought lol

i just know its rare
