So no Celine interview??? I can't believe Debra Messing got 2 segments( she was kinda annoying) and no Celine interview??? Guess it really wouldn't matter ....since she would probably not state anything new. Just the same ole schtick.

 

And My Love is an ok song.

 

She should have done Leno when TC came out, IMO.

wow, time is running out. You don't give the best singer that exists ever...(IMO lol) 2 minutes when you invite her on your show. This is crazy to me. If you get Celine on your show, clear the friggen schedule for more Celine time. Quit wasting time on this guy that no one really knows. If I want to talk about money, I'll turn on msnbc. THANKS

Hey there IloveCeline, so fantastic that one of your dreams has come true. My similar moment happened in Winnipeg, Canada and so like a lot of us on here I know that joy! I'm pleased for you, indeed! I'm also very happy for those other forum members who represented us and had another sweet time with Celine.

 

After this commercial break, our Celine does her thang! Yipeee!!!! Any Celine moment (or 3 mins) is an amazing moment for me, so I'm super pumped!

OMG. What a waste of my life watching the fisrt 90% of the show... Celine didn't even get to sing the full song.

Ok, that was great...but def still not 100%. I could hear the struggle in her voice when she attempts the strong notes.

 

Celine and the band looked fantastic on that stage; they command it and make it look sooooo easy!!

uhhh wow. super short version. At any rate, she looked great, she sounded great...but absolutely no interview. She didn't even say one word. Thats such a shame. Her voice did shake a little for the "I will" part which kind of sounds like she's still a bit sick, but other than that, I couldn't tell. She sounded wonderful. Her hair looked great lol. This was still pretty random appearance to me. Especially after seeing there was no interview. The album didn't get promoted when it actually came out, why now, a month later? Eh, any Celine is better than no Celine to me.

Not sure how I feel. She literally didn't get to say A WORD! I felt like the show spent too much time on other things. Not so much the interview...but the should have been cut short so there could be time at the end.

 

But - I know that's not how it works....

 

Anyway - the performance was good. She sounded nice...and really got into it at that one meaty part of the song. But - I've gotta say - I am obsessed with Celine Dion. And this song is not growing on me anymore than the first time I heard it. So I can only imagine what non-Celine fans think of it....

I love Celine. However, I too, am not a big fan of the song. And she most likely will do ML at the Grammy's nominations.

OMG, Debra messing gets 15 mins... Cody gets 10.... Celine gets about 3 mins for her song. I so hope that this was not her last performance on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Why does Celine always get ripped out of the interview? She is so great on the couch/chair! Maybe she is trying to save her voice? Jay, I will tap once for yes and twice for no.

 

Celine did look Ab Fab! Love her new thing that she's doing with her hair. Do you think it is her hair or extensions? Whatever it is it looks great.

Hey, I don't know if anyone else noticed, but when all four of them were standing on stage at the end (Celine, Jay, Debra, other guy) Celine was actually the shortest of them all...even with her great high-heeled boots. I thought that was kinda cool considering she always looks so tall beside us fans,

To me it looks like it's her hair and her hair only. I find it's a little darker than her usual show hair, is not as big, and just seems to be au naturel! I could be wrong, but whatever it is I'm LIKING IT!!

at least she didn't burst out into tears at the end. That worked for the Oprah show, but it would've been a little over the top for Jay Leno. Her hair does look different. It reminded me a lot of the photoshoot of her and Rene from NYC last year.

I'm not that surprised that they did not interview her since these shows always cut everything down and seem to always have artists shorten songs (in some cases).

omg what a dayy! one of my dreams came true!

 

omggg...the way i feel right now is unexplainable!! what a day it has been!

 

 

sooo my day started at 4:30am when my alarm rang with " u better keep ur eyes on me""...my mom and i got everything packed n drove to the studio! we waited and waited with some awesome forum members ...i love spending time with celine fans! kk so after sittin in the dark for awhile it finally hit 8 am n the doors opened! we got ticketsss!!!! ahhhh!!! so after awhile we stood in line to get into the studio!...kk so im kinda hyperventilating!...my hands r kinda shaking now! ahhhh!!!

 

ohh n b4 the show started, they asked who has talent...so i went up and sanggg ( such a great moment...i was fulfilling my dream with my idol backstage!!) ppl were so nice and came up to me and said nice things!

 

okay so CELINE was amazingggg..i mean duhh ofcourse! she sang my love...n i cried thruout it! she looked beautifull!!! i loveedd her outfit! she looks awesome wit those shiny vests! after she sang...she greet jay, debra, and the financial person guy, whose name escapes me at the moment...but then some owl joke came up and celine made an owl sound..n had a confused corky face...she was adorable! so after all that she waved to us and stuff...n i yelled jetaime celine! see ya tommorow n she raised her arms like this ...lol...so then the security gaurds in the studio were very strict about kicking us out...so we had to leave...but rene and everyone was there! celine was socializing...god shes just so cute and funny!

 

afterwards some of us fans ran to her car...n there it happened..after 10 yearsss...i finally got an autograph n was face to face with celine! there arnt enough words in the world to explain how that felt! im still in awe n still cant believe it...im looking at the autograph sittin on my desk n yes still about to cry!

 

today was amazing! celine was amazing!!!

thank you for a great time forum buddies!!!! it was so nice to meet you all...celine brings the best out of ppl and helps ppl meet n have fun!!

 

 

and tommorow STAPLES CENTER! gosh im so excitedddd! i asked god for a miracle, n i received it! i got to meet great ppl and finally received an autograph from my idol!

 

OMG you met her? UGH I thought about it but I didn't know where to go You sang "No One" right? I saw your Je T'aime shirt, I don't think you saw me though - I was a few rows behind you.

 

 

 

Anyways, I just got back. I about died when she came out, I really hope there were no shots of me or anything (I was standing up singing in the back lol)

 

I tuned out Cody so much. I didn't hear a word he said, although I liked Debra. The I about froze when Celine came out because I was so so mesmerized. I don't remember the performance at all, I feel like such a bad fan But it was the first time seeing her with my own two eyes and I stood there in disbelief the entire time

I'm so angry!! THe recording stop just before the "Would you do the same for me.." I can't wait for the video!!

But i really enjoy what i saw, even if it's not my favorite song, i really liked her make-up! Can't really judge about the voice, sounds less stronger than Oprah from what i saw, i hope she's gonna feel better soon!
