What an amazing concert. I was impressed with Think Twice. She should perform that song more often. Truly amazing.

I think it's her best show!! I mean on tour because i can't compare it with AND or Quebec

Because it's all live, because her voice is perfect, because of the setlist and because she did the entire version of It's All coming back, my favorite part is always cut off.. I can't believe we found a better show than Memphis.. I just miss Call the man.. What a perfect concert!! :wub:

I can't play it unfortunately. I guess i don't have a codec? It always pops up something that says "Codec Aquired" but none of the videos have sound. Does anyone know any way for me to fix this?

You are my HERO!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much for the suggestion. I actually already have the VLC on my computer and have used it for other files. However, when I click on the Brunei files, the computer was automatically playing them in Windows Media Player and I didn't even think about trying it another way. I just opened it in VLC and the sound worked great. Unfortunately, it's way too late on Christmas - it's been too busy of a day for me to watch it now BUT - first thing in the morning, I will be devouring the entire concert!!!!! Again, thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Happy Holidays!!!!!

Thanks alot for posting this concert! Very cool of you!

 

I loved that the concert was 100% live. She and the band had great energy and sounded amazing.

 

I also agree that the audience was not that lively. They didn't even get up to dance for LCMM.

OMD!!!! This concert blew me away!!!!! :xmas_ohmy:

Her voice was absolutely top form! and every note live!! :clap:

I watched the whole show with this look on my face :xmas_w00t: (including the hat! :laugh:)

I always think of the videos and rare moments which never before released.... And I know that in the future somebody again will say: I have a full concert from (year).... I live for those moments. And it is one of them. Thanks again! :D

About the concert, fabulous stage presence, wonderful vocals.... and a dead audience. lol I can't understand how someone can be so close to a person with a voice like that and stay down like they're sleeping.

I looked at this concert entirely it is magnificent!! Wahoo what show!!

Céline is in vocalement top , she releases not bad!!! Wahoo!

I have just downloaded the first song from this concert (TPOL), and I can see that the screen is kind of narrowed down. Are those just my computer settings or the concert is just recorded that way?

Thank you so much for sharing this.

 

Having downloaded and watched the concert it's right up there with some of Celine's best performances and it's SO refreshing to hear the songs completely live. Highlights for me included a stunning rendition of "Think Twice" and "Natural Woman." Also I cant tell you how wonderful it was to hear a new live version of "It's All Coming Back To Me Now" again after all these years of being subjected to the 3 min lipped Vegas version.

 

Utterly brilliant. Thanks again.

Thanks for sharing this great release with us! The concert is so amazing, and it's refreshing to hear a 100% live version of TPOL. The little mistakes in the song make it really unique and great. I also love Pour que tu m'aimes encore, Think Twice, and Natural Woman. As was mentioned before, it's also nice to hear a full 100% live version of the full version of IACBTMN, insted of the shortened lipped version we're getting. Edited by Lymon

Please remember the audience is made up of royalty etc. They're not exactly going to get up and dance.

It would be the same if she did a concert for Queen Elizabeth II. I can't imagine the royal family getting up and clapping!! :xmas_biggrin: Although i think the late, great Queen Mother would have after a few too many G+T's!!! :xmas_laugh: :xmas_laugh: She'd be dancing round her handbag :sofunny:

Well, remember, they're not all Celine Dion fans. And, you know, some people just like to sit there and enjoy listening to someone sing. Some people have no rythym; some people feel awkward when forced to stand up and clap along. This would ruin their enjoyment of the song. Why get mad and force them to stand up and dance when they don't feel like it? Feel free to enjoy Celine in your own way but PLEASE, let others enjoy it in theirs.

I can't download this concert. When I try to right-click and then save as I get a message that say something like "sourcefile could not be read...."

Anyone know what the problem is? I tried to download them on another computer, but I got the same message....Can anyone help me???

I sooooo want to listen to this concert, I mainly want the mp3-files.....

sooo freaking great to hear some songs LIVE... :D

 

the only thing i dont like is the logo before the clip plays :P now i cant burn it onto dvd just like Sur Le Plaines, and have an seemless concert :whistling:

 

but can't wait whats next in 10 years... :P some private Taking Chances shows!? :wub:

Thanks for sharing such a great moment in Celine history! LOL

 

I didn't watch all the movies, or download them all for that matter, just to save myself from truly getting bored with some of the same, old, tired material, but what I did download, I enjoyed!

 

I downloaded the following:

 

TPOL: Nice that it's all live... it was great!

TT: Super cool performance of the song, though I like the "newer, bluer" version she sang during this tour more.

RDMH

IACBTMN: She looked like she was getting into this one! LOL I liked it a lot.

NW: Sounded spot on... she killed it, if you're comparing it to the album track.

 

And the MP3's, which are already on my iPhone! LOL

 

All in all, a wonderful holiday gift! Thanks very much! It's kinda obvious why she incorporates some playback nowadays... her songs are tough! Anyone's voice would get tired from singing all those songs in such a short time frame. She had no vocal break during this show. Her voice gets shallow and squeaky when it's getting tired, I think, and it's nice to know she's at least trying to take care of it. Kudos for her for a putting on a great show, even to such an un-lively (by my American standards... uh oh...) audience, though it's understandable considering they're royalty and the like. ;)
