I ended up leaving the inserts out in my room to air for a few days, then sprayed them with my dad's aftershave to get rid of the smell. Well they sent me a message soon after I bought it saying saying it was posted on Feb 20th, but I guess we can't be certain that's true. They also said sometimes it takes 2 days, sometimes 2 weeks! I thought that was weird... How do you make a Paypal claim Edwin? PM if possible cos I'm not sure what to do. Do you go to the 'Resoloution Centre' and click 'Dispute a transaction'?
