Oh, I've been looking for CD single cases for ages!

if you're talking about blank/empty CD single slim cases, they're available anywhere here (bookstores, record shops, school supplies shop, internet cafe etc). they're absolutely cheap and you can buy it as bulk for a veeeeeery cheap price.
