This was on November 17, 1997 @ NYC, Carnegie Hall @ "Time for Peace Award". Celine and Phil Gladston were awarded for the song "Fly". I don't know the names of those beside her - presumably those were musicians of the orchestra which performed that evening. Quote

I remember reading on this forum a long time ago that someone had the full photoshoot with the pictures of Celine with the white top (the one on the back album cover) and the wood bracelets. First the photo is real EXCEPT ON THE PART BELOW. Someone did it but can't produce a decent result. So i've re-edited some parts of it and even made the photo larger than the actual size. Quote
