Some of you said she continued to lipp during IACBTMN, that's not true, she stopped any movement for a second or so when realizing there was a problem and then very quickly and professionnally continued to sing before the mic was finally back for the audience to hear in the whole stadium. All in all in lasted 4 seconds or so.

 

The whole show was live you really could hear that from the sound.

Well - acctually I was expecting to feel like that before the concert

 

The quite empty stadion was dissaponting

and I had the bad luck, that the people around me didn t even clap, some leaved before LCMM (Block 1)!

 

I missed passion and fun in Celine`s performance , she didnt show a lot of ambition to get in touch with the audiance

 

there were technical problems as well - the video screens weren't synch to the sound, she obvioursly used playback, which is really an inpertinance considering the ticket price! :nono:

 

The greatest moment for me was "My love" and I enjoyed "Man's world"

 

So I try to keep the memories of the overwhelming, fabulous 1999 concert in Munich

that´s how I felt as well - I was really so ready to have a great time, and I was still screaming like mad, had no voice anymore yesterday and we were up on our feet almost the whole concert. still had a good time, but the good feeling was gone pretty fast - like you compare a mcdonalds-menu to a 5-star-menu - and celine felt like the burger this time.

people were irritaded by this extremely simple stage setup - a woman behind us said that this stage reminds her of the rewe-fest (which is a family thing from a supermarket chain).

the show was lacking any sort of concept, looked rushed together - the sound was terrible as well.

and you can tell the she was not into this old songs anymore - and who could blame her?

other artist are reinventing themselves, give their old songs a new sound or a new arrangement - but she is lip-synching to a 10-year-old-playback from "my heart will go on" - of course she is bored to death.

she is still a true professional - and she wants to deliver a good show nontheless, but you can tell that the magic is gone.

she is a hard worker, and it felt like work - not like fun.

 

i hate to always quote the concert from ten years ago - but this is like day and night.

 

this "rock"-approach is so lame and does not fit her at all - the more elegant sound of "eyes on me" was much better for her (didn´t like that song on the record though).

 

i think that her management made a lot of wrong decisions lately - rushing this tour together, booking too many, too large venues and delivering a cheap uninspired concert.

 

i think she lost more fans with this tour than she won. unfortunatelly (papers today report of 14,500 visitors)

 

the magic is gone - i hope she finds her way back after having a well deserved break.

Never ever - you could tell the difference between live and the synching so well - sounded completely different. "IDAN", "IACBTMN", "TLYM" and "MHWGO" were lipsynched.

I understand those of you who are disappointed with the show - everyone got her/his own opinion.

I can't say that I'm always 100% satisfied either.

 

But especially for those who see Céline for the very first time in their lives or for the first time during this tour - maybe you just expect too much? I mean, she's amazing, one of the greatest artists of all time etc. etc.! But she's still just a human and it's still a show created by humans - it's not magic so you can't expect unreal things like when you are reading a fantasy novel!

 

Hope your disappointment will be gone within a few weeks and later you will have only great memories of the concerts you've attended during this tour!

My flight got postponed from Friday to Saturday. Celine's Sunday Munich concert started at 8:00PM. My plane landed at 7:50PM. LOL

 

Celine was a part of this trip, but there were some other wonderful things that happened in the trip that I would call my higlights... and they will be revealed in my reviews.

I was back from Munich yesterday evening, but was to tired to upload anything, so here are a few videos and photos I took. Unlike some of you I thought it was AMAZING! Maybe because it was my first Celine concert, but I really liked it. I won't go into detailed reviews, you guys pretty much covered all of it. The crowd was great, and the vocals… well it was Celine

 

She went insane on a last few songs when we came up to the stage... You could really see she enjoyed it and gave 200% more! Security should loosen up a bit on those concerts!

 

It was fun meeting some of you guys here… Nice to put some faces to the manes here

Jetlag is finally kicking in. It's nearly 4:00AM, and I should get my 15,000-mileage booty to bed now! LOL However, before I go, I want to share some photos I took with some friends, and side notes.

Ales and I became friends, instantly. And that friendship grew as we drove all night... LOLLL Yes, Ales, you started it by being the most generous person in the whole wide world since the first time ever I saw your face () and you offered to share your seat! So, what happened was... since I arrived super late to the show and my seat was taken, Alas moved to the left edge of his chair, and offered me space. You should have seen the expression on the security guard's face. I was ready to move in...

A glamorous moment with Alexandra (Snowhite)

 

What a beautiful person, inside and out! The moment that I will never forget is during "My Heart Will Go On," when Alexandra turned around and saw me. She made an adorable scream, and pulled me up to her, and greeted me with two kisses. As a wonderful friend would, she put her arm around my shoulder as we swayed back and forth, singing along the chorus of Celine's most popular song. Alexandra, you told me that I'm the sweetest person in the world - but I think the same about you! Alexandra, Elias is so blessed to have you in his life.

 

 

Diana et moi

Awwww, a sweet one from Diana!

One person whom I always look forward to seeing is Diana. From the very first time I met Diana in January of 2007, I've always known her as a person full of excitement, fun, and warmth. During the hectic moments searching for my chair, I looked over to find Diana waving at me, and gesturing welcoming kisses my way. It totally cut down my stress level from 100 from 25. During our brief moments together, we had some fun. Soon you will see a video of me pulling a Dion by falling to the ground, as Diana videotaped my faux fall, and then Diana joined me on the ground as we gaze to the starry skies, the blinding stadium lights, and laughing pedestrians. Unforgettable memories.

They was my two best hours in my whole life and i mean that!!!!!!!!!! All the time i was crying ,clapping,dancing and singing!I don't know how i achieved that It was wonderfull!!!!!I may say Munchen's concert was the best!!!!!!!

The crowd was so poerfull and WARM!!!!!!All the people-including me-screiming I LOVE CELINE!!!!All the time i was screaming SAGAPAOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!(i love u!!)And she was hearing me and one time she smiled!Celine was in a very good mood.She was smiling and her voice was powerful :w00t: At the last three songs-Love can move mountains,River deep,and My heart will go on-we went almost all the crowd in front of the stage,in front of Celine ,and dancing!!!!!!!!!!I was having the feeling that im a part of the warm audience!!!!I was seeing the most people of the crowd screaming and crying like me!!!!!!!I felt that energy and sometimes i feel strange!!I felt that it wasn't true!All the people screaming,dancing,and singing exactly in front of CELINE,so so so close to stage! have taken some videos!!! She was so close to us!!!!Only a half meter distance!!!!!!It was scary!!!!!!I was thinking that i would faint!!!I saw her facial expressions very clear,her clothes.her legs ,her everything.It was like she wasn't human but a GODDESS!!!!All on her were perfect and shiny!!!!She is a DIva!!!I felt her eyes on me,what an experience!!!!!

All the audience became one voice,one body and one tear.That's how i saw it!!!!Am i right Julian ??

 

Lastly i want to thank some people that without them i wouldn't had lived THAT experience!!

Are you critics or something???????Please calm down!!!!!!!Will you ever see Celine again?I don't care what you say!The whole show was amazing!I was right in front of Celine with many many many people sing with her and dancing!So much energy!!!So much power!!!I loved that!!!!The most people was crying and the rest clapping!Did you cry Martin?Or you were so hard there too???????Please don't make this dissapointing critics anymore!I enjoyed this two hours with my friends! and some other members of this forum.So don't make reviews that they prove me ike a lier.We don't care about your critics otr the burgers and mc donalds you are talking about.THis moment with all th fans around her crying and singing was incredible and scary!If you want a show without people crying,feeling warm,singing etc go to Madonna.Celine is a sensitive artist!

I think it also depends a LOT on where you are seated. If you're in the front, you'll have the time of your life....as your're *IN* the middle of all the fun, interaction and the show. But if you're further at the back, you're more objective, the crowd tends to be [a bit] less enthousiastic and you have a better overview of everything....

 

Basically, I think that at whatever concert you are; when you're at the front you *always* have the best time and think it's an absolutely fantastic show..

You are right.i was seating at a very good seat.But i don't allow people exagerate and say that Celine's concert was like a mc donalds menou!What is that?Is a german joke?What?I travelled from Athens to Munich just to see her and scream SAGAPAO and to have a great time.And i had it.

If it's like a mc donalds menu,so then i would like to eat it everyday!!!
