There are plenty of reasons people gain weight, from hormones, depression, eating, sedentary lifestyle, and pregnancy, and countless others. We're not assuming that everyone who is overweight eats 3000 calories a day. Don't take it personally. It's just a topic about JJ's ability to lose her weight so quickly. About her skin, I don't think she gained nearly enough weight to have stretch marks, and exercising and weight training would tighten her skin to it's healthy manner. Quote

I agree she lost a lot of weight, and that's great for her... but when you can afford surgery, private coach, etc... it makes it muuuuuch more easier... Don't you think so? She may have people to motivate her and give her a plan, but she still has to do all the work, and even with the right people, she still has to have all the determination and drive to do it for herself. They can't lift her weights for her...gawd I wish it worked like that. Who wants to do my crunches today? The only difference is that she has the money to buy people who will tell her what to do for her body type and keep on her butt to make sure she didn't skip a day. But I think anyone can do that research and find the same results if they really want to. The info is out there. All you need is the desire. Quote
