I'm sure the concert recorded in Montreal will be released in Quebec/Canada and in France and the one in Boston everywhere else..

 

I highly doubt that since Celine sur les plaines is being released now.

And, by the way, isn't the Montreal concert recorded only partially, like, not the whole concert??

Don't think so....they recorded the whole thing on August 31 when I was there...then again on September 1...so I'm sure they have plenty of footage from the Montreal concert.

Well, if that is true, then I have a reason for a little celebration! 2 tour concerts + the one in Quebec makes three DVDs from the same tour, which is amazing!

Technically the Quebec concert isn't part of the tour.... And the Tour DVD won't be out till Spring or so, so plenty of time in between....and Canada loves Céline so it surely won't be a problem!

1. What exactly is Celine sur les plaines? What was the set etc? Is it available in the Uk too?

 

2. Is they definately a Live album being released? If so when?

I disagree. I think if they are going to release a live album, they better do it proberly for once (just look how crap the AND one was!)

 

I think they would definately put ML on as it's live, unlike TPOL, TLYM etc. I can see why they didn't put these 2 songs on the AND disc as they're old playbacks and people would realise where as IACBTMN, IW, IDAN and MHWGO were recorded in 2002/2003 in preperation for the show. However, things like I Surrender and LCMM are still missing, which makes the album disapppointing, but the DVD definately made up for it!

 

Personally, I don't think the live album is very good idea. I hope it's released with the DVD as a set not on it's own because it would flop IMO. Also even if they don't release it we can just rip the audio from the DVD like I have done for the AND DVD...

For what I understood, the TC DVD will be double, so there will be 2 dvds (boston and montreal concerts) in just one package... So it does not make any sense that they don't release the montreal concert just because they're releasing Sur les Plaines. Even because Sur Les Plaines is not a regular TC Tour concert.

It's from 2000 or 2001 in Montreal, not this world tour

No, I mean to say LAEE, was I mistaken? I'm decently sure that's the song I heard, and she was in the black vest and black bell bottomy pants from this tour. I'll have to go back and rewatch; it was very short near the end of the video tribute.

To sing L'Amour existe encore, she always dress like EOM/ABM

The snippet of L'Amour existe encore was in 2001 and the only tour video we saw was S'il suffisait d'aimer

I think they won'tl release the TC DVD until February or March 2009 for obvious reasons. They'll do it when Céline's tour is over only.

 

Until then we have the one on the Plains to savor.. I just can't wait for that one first! Waooou!

I honestly cannot wait to see the Montreal shows on DVD. I know I wasn't there the night of the taping but it will still be very special as it was in Montreal that I saw the show.

I hope they release a live CD as well.....especailly since we don't have an official English show on CD except for A New Day and even that wasn't the full show...we need all the songs on the CD...as well as two DVD's......and with special features of Celine travelling around the world.....

I wonder if most of the DVD will be from the 1st?? I was there on the August 31st and the fan did not work for EOM, so obviously they can't use that footage...I know they recorded us for a good minute or so cheering for Celine when she opened with IDAN, so I just hope that makes it to the DVD somewhere!!! I hope this comes out soon!!!
