Celine's comeback to Las Vegas - March 2011

Well, here's the thing: If tickets go on sale on Friday, then all the scalper sites will buy them out because us poor souls will not have enough money to buy them just yet.

And even if you do, it's extremely unlikely that they'll put the good seats on sale now. They will wait until a few weeks before so they can hold them for VIPs and big spenders.

 

You may be able to detect that I'm furious This is a huge slap in the face for us and I'm close to organizing a boycott !!

 

Come on ya'll !! Let's protest

I think I'm going to wait, I'm a poor soul at the moment too and Friday is too soon to decide. Plus you're absolutely right, unless there is a TC presale - there won't be any good seats available to purchase on Friday, most likely. Hopefully my luck will continue as far as tickets… and it’ll all work out in the end.

Shitt! I couldn't affor seeing her in Vegas last time, but I might just be able to do that now. So, people, how does one book from Europe? I hope I'm lucky enough to get tickets for the premiere show, if that would be at all possible.

 

There are a few possibilities to book.

 

1) Ticketmaster

2) Caesars Palace

3) TeamCeline (Céline's official fanclub)

4) Other websites (but be carefull with that)

5) In Las Vegas itself at the box office or one of the differen shops through the city.

Yeah, well, that's no secret about TM. It sucks, but it's just the way it is.

So if you can't buy tickets when they go on sale, you end up with no choice but to pay the high prices for scalper tickets from places like stubhub and not get great seats or pay the EXTREMELY high prices from TE and get great seats.

Once again, it sucks, but we have no choice

 

 

I remembered there was some issues going on with Ticketmaster's TicketExchange a while back .... you may want to read this. Not sure, just wondering if Ticketmaster is still using Ticketexchange based on this information:

Ticketexchange and TicketsNow are companies owned by Ticketmaster Inc. I'm pretty sure they will use it any time they can As long if there is no local law against the things they are doing and nobody is actually filling complaints they will keep doing it.

the website is really un user friendly when you go about trying to join! they ask for address to send out a package or something? weird....you should not have to wait 7 working days to get all the benifits......I d be so mad if i joined today and if the tickets went on sale on friday.....when your travelling across the world and all !!!!ahhhhh!

 

I just renewed my TC about a month ago and when you purchase the membership, they immediately send you an email with an activation code to register and get into the TC website so you should be able to use the TC "benefits" right away. Then they send a package with your letter and membership card and gift in the mail.

I got this e-mail back... and I nearly had a heart failure (second one today! ) when I saw 'Team Celine' & 'Tickets for the new show' in once e-mail head!!

 

 

Dear Fan,

 

(1) Once your membership has been activated and registered, you can log into the

fan site and use the membership immediately, including purchase of fan club only

presale tickets.

 

(2) Please always check the her official and fan club sites for updated information on tour dates.

It will cost a bomb if i ring ceasers palace from my house in Ireland! but if i need to do that to gaurentee good seats, ill have to think about it . I remember when i was at Taking chances tour in dublin, I could see all celine fans , like a major flock of them with tour books, hats etcI was almost sure it was team celine stuff they were all wearing, like 100 or more fans all together, but to me they hadnt got good seats at all!!! like i couldnt see celine at all, barely, i could just see her on screens properly, those guys had worse seats than me. Thats my opinion anyway from what i remember,So if they are the kind of seats team celine offer, well it kind of sucks. But anyway, it doesnt look like TC are going to be offering ANY seats from the looks of things, so i dont know.....

The moral of my story is is that i want really good seats and havnt a flying clue how to go about getting them! i wont be going if i dont get one of the frontish rows

2nd Mezzanine front row, they were good seats

Rear Orchestra -4, second row for the premiere, good seats

Rear Orchestra -5, front row, great seats

Front Orchestra row 10 twice, fantastic seats

 

So I will say that no seat at the Colosseum is a bad seat.

 

Ofcourse the front row is the best but if you don't get front row, it's not bad at all

$200 is totally worth it, when i went to see A New Day i was in 4rd row center, you can even see Celine's toes from there, so have and buy one of the expensive one because is worth it!!!
