Hmm, that's very strange. It seems that the square-form screens set is no more. In this picture below it seems that there is an 8-angle set of screen, isn't that??

Or is it just that the 4-angle set of screens just fold, so that it becames an 8-side..

What Finnish words did she actually use besides "kiitos"? People around me were cheering and screaming so loudly that I really couldn't hear properly what she said after finishing songs.

 

For the whole day, I was extremely nervous and even a bit worried about how the audience would be like. I feared people would act like in a funeral, as usual, but I'm telling you I have never seen an audience go that wild! I was really proud of the audience and the welcome we gave her that night.

I just called my sister and she asked if it was me who yelled "My love" when Céline was introducing the song...lool..she recognized the voice but wanted to be sure that was me. omg...I feel so embarrased now.

Yes, it WAS the round stage with seats on each side of it. Yet it wasn't exactly in the middle of the rink but more towards the other end.

Hi again! I had a great time in Helsinki and I screamed a lot!

 

I still can't believe Céline actually performed in Finland! The show was fantastic and Céline enjoyed being on stage. The audience was very enthusiastic, which really surprised me! Someone even shouted "I love you!" to Céline and she responded "I love you too!"

 

I had a great view to the stage. Céline came pretty close at times. Nobody complained about my screaming and dancing, which was great!

 

OMG, I didn't know Céline used so many Finnish words! All I heard was "Kiitos". I absolutely loved the way she said it!

 

Céline was so stunning, beautiful, hot and cute (as always)! I love that woman!

 

I'm so happy I decided to bring the camera with me after all! I'm glad they didn't search my handbag. I didn't take loads of pics and the ones I took are not very good but at least I got some. Maybe I should try to post some of them here.

Did you notice some funny things she said. About the opening act: "They're such cool guys, those girls.." lol And she said something about them all being so privileged to be there with us that night: "All of us are so lucky being here tonight, this is a privilege (or something), we are so happy being here with us tonight. I suppose she meant to say YOU.

 

Something else nice I heard yesterday.. My friend got to meet Celine backstage before the show. It was with the record company. They gave Celine the recognition for 500.000 records sold in Finland. Also they gave her a Kalevala Jewelry bracelet. She was really admiring it, put it in her hand right away. This is how it looks:

They also told her about the story of Kalevala. To those of who aren't familiar with it, it's a Finnish national epic.

Mind you, my friend hasn't been a great Celine fan, but now he said he became one. I just said, I told you so! They also took pictures with Celine, I might post it later when I get it.

Oh god I have been so emotional today (even more so than yesterday), I've just been listening to Taking Chances over and over again and I've cried thinking about Monday night.. It was so amazing.. and to me it was the first time I got to see her, after 10 years of waiting! I HAVE to see her again some day!

 

I also thought it was so so cute when she said "kiitos" and "miten menee", those were the lines I heard. To hear Céline speak Finnish, wow! And it was so nice from her part to have bothered to learn those words, I think not all artists bother to do that! Great!

 

It would be so cool to know what Céline thought herself about the concert in Finland! Was she amazed about the reaction of the audience, how a warm welcome she got from the audience! Because she honestly seemed a bit "amazed"!

I felt like there was nothing big enough to do, to thank her and show my appreciation, I just clapped my hands the hardest I could and silently shouted in my head "you're SO good!!"! And she was (and always is) so beautiful too!

 

Oh and thank you all for those pictures, I couldn't take any, so nice to get to see those in here anyway!

Yea, it was because he's in contact with the record company in his work. He could've maybe taken me, but the whole thing was confirmed only few hours before.. so I guess it was too late to ask if a friend could come..
