They don't check your bags/purses/etc. or even ask if you have one in the entrance, and a lot of people around me had regular cameras and no one was asked to put them away, etc. I only had my cell phone camera (too nervous to bring my real camera) so I didn't get any good photos. Thanks to those of you who have shared the pictures and videos from last night! Also, someone asked about the merchandise. I saw a wide variety of tshirts (maybe around 10 different styles, some in French, some in English) for $40 each; a canvas satchel bag with all of her tour cities and "TC world tour" written on it for $20; an oversized black mug with silver print "Celine Dion Taking Chances Tour 2008" for $20 (that's what I bought); tour programme (sorry, I didn't catch the price on that); keychains, buttons, or a poster of her singing for $10 each. I said "oversized" but really it was just a large coffee mug (not the typical small cylinder). I didn't see any beige mugs. They had PLENTY of tourbooks (and all merchandise) - don't worry! I am not sure which one they were selling, French or international. They had silver covers with a sort of cut-out handle-looking detail on the top. I should have gotten a better look but I didn't buy one nor did anyone seated near us. The poster....gah I was so excited again I didn't get a good look. Celine was singing. It vaguely reminded me of the one they sold back in the day during the LTAL tour (of course that's my only frame of reference, I hadn't been to a concert since then 'til last night.)
