Hey everyone :) First time here but I just wanted to say that I was at the Celine concert in Dublin and it was AWEEESOME!!! I was front row beside Mark from Westlife and his boyfriend and Louis Walsh. I have to say the two heaters infront of the stage were annoying when I was trying to get pictures and videos but I think I did okay :P

how did you guys in Dublin feel about the stage set up and the show?

 

did you find the stage to be a bit too simple or was it enough to create a good atmosphere?

The stage was nothing spectacular at all!!!!

It was big and had wide walkways going into both stands either side, and had three screens, but there was like crew members standing around the band, and boxes and wires that were very visible!!

It just was not very visual at all, unlike the other stage, were there is more action, lights etc...

 

I thought I'd prefer the end stage, but the round stage is alot better for so many reasons...

In saying that though, this was the best show for atmosphere...I have ever been to! :)

I think the in the round stage is fantastic in terms of allowing more people to see her up close but other than that i really don't see what difference a stage really makes. To me there are a million and one things which are more important. Dublin really was brilliant and i completely agree that it was the best Celine show i've ever personally seen.

also it seems Westlife who played Croke Park on June 1st (2 nights after Celine) used the same stage and had 2 MASSIVE screens... you think Celine would have had the more impressive stage?

Hi everyone, was also at the celine dion concert in Dublin croke park last friday night and had to post here to say how totally amazing she was. i thought the crowd were brilliant by the way. everyone sang along people standing dancing etc. I had never been to a concert of hers before but have been a fan all since i was very young and had been waiting for her to come to Dublin. now am a bigger fan. she is unbelievable performer and is just so , whats the word....COOL. love celine forever :whistling: :whistling:

hi guys i have some good video's to upload aswell.. but i'm on holiday at the moment for 2 weeks..

i was in 303 aswell and the crowd wasn't that good they said it was the team celine section but there wasn't many teamceline fan there..

 

i have been to 5 shows of the tour now and for singing along the crowd in dublin was the best..

but the show is 10 times better with the small stage..

Me, Ariana (AriAngelil) and Herbert (CostaSantos) went to Dublin after been in Paris for 10 days and we saw the concert, it was GREAT!! The full stadium was incredible, we sang and had fun together, Celine´s voice is unbelivable, we will never forget this amazing experience!! :wub:
