My favorite performances were Fade Away (the high note was just Wow), The Prayer and Pour Que Tu M'aimes Encore

I think Davey said her voice wasn't up to par, but honestly I thought it was as good as ever! I was listening to RDMH and thinking it was one of the best performances I've heard in the last few years of it! PQTME was awesome too! And My Love was completely flawless and It's a Man's World was outta this world! Overall she sounds phenomenal! Thanks again Dionesque! I am so greatful!

I guess in Stockholm and Helsinki you will have same chances as in Amsterdam or even better chances! The people there are are "normal" and all Finns I know (and I know some) are polite and very helpful.

Well, Mathias said she had some small problems with her voice but it was before the show and I'm sure she knows the ways to fight some small problems!

 

Yes, many songs on this show sounded amazingly, the best I've heard so far at the concert's I've been to!

 

"This Is A Man's World" is one of my personal highlights of this tour in general but her vocals in this song in Amsterdam beated all the previous performances I've heard!!!! I soooo dream she would sing more such songs, record a jazz album.... Her voice is more than perfect for such kind of performances!!! She can simply do EVERYTHING with her voice!!!

 

She never stops amazing me and that's what I love sooo much about her and her voice!!!

I really understand your point, Bralo! And I was also annoyed when some people from back rows/blocks came forward and stood just in front of the stage.

Not only because I bought the expensive front row seat exactely to be in front so that noone will stand before me and disable me from having a good view but also because of the safety reasons.

Maybe it will sound selfish but I was happy when the security guys sent those guys back to their seats.

 

But I think something else is if you stand up at your seat so you are not moving around the arena. You just stay at your seat but you stand up and also dance a bit if you feel like doing this. That's also what Celine likes to see - the crowd that enjoys the show. (I think every pop/rock artist likes it, hehe)

 

I think there is no danger or safety problem if people stand up just at their seats.

 

 

At the beginning of the shows there were at least 3 bia***tches that jumped right next to us in the front row, not even in the aisle mind you but right between me and the person in seat 28. They were like "oh, we are friends". Yeah right, certainly never seen you before. We had to call security on 2 of them and fight off the other one out of our own seats. OUTRAGEOUS!!

That's crazy, Diana! WOW...I'd been so pissed....I would have sat in the seats I paid for!

 

 

The same thing happened to me in Paris on the 25th. Estevan was originally sitting next to me but out of no-where this other person (who I think was his friend) appeared and I ended up with half a seat! I paid a lot of money for the ticket and didn't expect to share my seat with anyone! I thought that being in front row I would have had a perfect view to take photos but this girl kept waving her arms in front if my camera lens and at one point I had to push her arms out of the way! If she reads this I hope she'll consider paying for half of my ticket being as she shared my seat!

I am so much enjoying the bootleg! I knew she was chatty during her songs, but now that I am listening everything quiet at home, without screaming or dancing, I notice it even more! During LCMM, "You've gotta feel it here, WHATEVER!" And during RDMH she's talking to her dancers a lot! I think she must have been enjoying as much as we did!

I whent to the concert in Amsterdam.... i'm nieuw on this site.... i've been reading for a while & now joined in :-)

 

I'm spanish living in Holland, i started to listen to Céline around 1991...& was a mega fan till a few years ago , that i whent discovering other music. I still love the power in her voice.... & just adore lots of her songs. I speach french, so i always had a thing for some of her softer french songs......

 

We whent with friends to the Arena...but got no pictures ( wat too neat to not bring my camera , like 50% of the crouwd) :-(.... I've been reading about a Bootleg???? Wat is that???

 

The concert i found it fenomenal.... really powerfullllllll & very touching. She had extremly clear & transparent voice.... today i put on a c.d of Celine...& it sounded dull compared to her singing on monday!!!

 

It was really cool!!!

 

Is anybody from Holland going to any of her next concerts???

Cassandra, a bootleg is audio or video recording of the concert. From Amsterdam we have both: I Surrender recorded video bootleg (most of the songs) and i recorded audio bootleg (full concert).
