She took out the extensions!

 

That outfit is OUT of this WORLD!! ROCK DIVA!! :punk:

I could care less if she sang along to playback or lip syncs.

Just as long as she looks HOT, SHOWS THOSE LEGS AND SHAKES HER BOOTY!!

I love the bed-head hair do! :wub:

On the xfactor she haveing technical problems. You could see her reaching around to her back where control box was located. That's why she stood still. :mellow:

Her voice is in good shape, she was singing wonderfully on Star Academy. Whatever happened at The X Factor is in the past, she got over it. Whether it was a one off technical thing or if her voice was strained, she showed when she sang J'irai Ou Tu Iras and Immensite just this weekend that she was back on form.

 

Rene should have arranged time for her to go to Monaco and rehearse for this show so that she could sing live. Not a million magazine interviews and television performances each day so that she doesn't have time to arrange anything or she's too tired. Her stupid schedule is having an impact on the quality of the performances she gives, is no one else concerned about this?

 

I do share your concerns. It's not only about her schedule. Her management team have been doing a poor work. Everything seems to be rushed or put on hold... There seems not to be an organised plan regarding the release of the album, its versions and so on. The world tour planing has been awful. I have some new infos and I'm not pleased at all and I do hope they turn out to be wrong. And obviously all of this concerns me because I believe this album is great and it's not being explored and promoted the right way.

I'd put money on the fact it wasn't live. But even if it was live, the fact she's pretended to sing so many times this past couple of weeks just shows how we're now expecting it. And that is a worrying thing as far as I'm concerned.

On that point, I have to agree. I don't understand it. It "seems" like she is not that excited about this new album - promoting it, not excited about the tour.. anymore. I don't know... what the hell is going on?!?!?! Ppffff Yes, she looks pretty tired. She needs to rest at least for 2 weeks. Slow down... hehehe

she looks terrible and the makeup is very bad ,she have to put some extensions and the dress is horrible everytime i say she began to have good taste in fashion she shocks me with something like that,and please celine put back the exsensions as long as it makes u look good ,oh god how can i reach her to tell her that ,i just wanted to tell my friends to see the show but with that look i'd rather not ^_^

no way.... i think she hair looks amazing like this. very natural, full & the color is beautiful as well. much better then the long extensions which looked so fake at times. i also think her dress & makeup looks fabulous as well. actually i think she overall has looked AMAZING throughout her entire europe promotions. celine looks the BEST she has EVER looked right now. :D

ok sorry when i just saw these close pic i the hair is ok ,but when i said extensions i didn't mean that long one just like star academy it was longer than that,but the dress i don't know yet,but guys don't u see that she looks sad?

Thomas, I think you've summed up the feelings of many of us, whoever chooses to admit it or not.

 

Celine Dion is known worldwide for her crystal clear voice and enthusiasm for music and performing. Throughout this tour it's all seemed a bit forced. Now, nobody is arguing her priorities haven't changed, they clearly have, but if she still chooses to perform she needs to be putting her all into it, and she just isn't at the moment.

 

Maybe Vegas has taken it out of her, maybe she is tired, maybe she is isn't used to the intensity of the promotional tours but she's a professional singer and she choose to do this. None of this should come as a surprise to her.

 

I completely agree with you. Singing was her dream, it came true, she can't just give up cause she made enough money. A real passion never dies. I understand that she's tired and it's normal with all the things she does,but she has to give her best like she always did, she is CELINE DION, the best singer of the world, the greatest voice...she choose to to do this and she was right so there's no reason to change now.

I hope in her world tour she'll put the same "old" real passion!!!

 

 

Come on folks!!! Yes, we are all big Celine fans, and we always want the best from her, and more important, we want that because we wanna show the world how great Celine is. But we can't forget that this woman is already 39, she isn't young anymore!!! Some people call this age as mid-life! Comparing with all the other so called "International Huge Superstars" who are also at this age, Celine is already doing way more than what they are doing.

 

If Celine doesn't have passion, she wouldn't record this new album, she wouldn't be flying all these different places doing interviews, taping TV shows, doing performances. If I were her, while I am doing all these, and I still see my fans complaining and saying how I have lost my passion, and I am not being professional because I am lip-singing a song, now I would really lose my passion.

 

Yes, we do have expectation on her, and we always want the best from her and we would all get disappointed or even frustrated when we see newspapers bad naming her, and saying how she is lipping her songs and stuff. But can we put ourselves in her shoes? If she feels more comfortable and think she would giving a better performance by lipping the song, just let her be. As few people have said already, I would rather see her move around and have fun lipping a song, instead of seeing her struggle and being disappointed at herself at the end.

 

Just my 2 cents.

Maybe what's going on is exactly the point we've been saying about how she looks sometimes. She is tired, and that's a fact. Taking it to our professions, no matter how much we love doing it, sometimes we want just to disappear and people to forget who we are. Maybe that's what she's feeling right now. Too much work and little rest.

I agree, let her do wht she is doing now, then we will all see what she's like by the time the tour comes around.

 

It is being taken too seriously, and its not as if she is doing a Britney!

My god, she looks beautiful in those photos. She doesn't look so good during the performance shots from far away, but she's just gleaming in all the others. Thanks for sharing...I wonder how her speech went and who presented her the award.
