It will be a big mistake and waste if she sings alone, due to her schedule, she hasn't so much opportunities to show her new sound ! As always... You never speak about music or integrity or whatever... Leave sony alone for one minute. We are speaking about music and about an album that is suposed to be different. It's not her sony manager that will sing the songs live. She has to choose the right songs that will reveal all the interest that there is in this album. The right songs live to present the album, is more important than all the basic promo that Sony could do.... You don't understant that now....The quantity is not important for Dion ! Everyone know that she has an amazing voice, that she is able to sing stunning ballads, and that she is able to be everywhere in all the magazines, all the medias...To sing songs that most of the people are fed up with. They are waiting for something new, and her staff is saying that this album will bring this new sound that everyone is waiting for. So, she just can't arrive and sing AGAIN a ballad cover ! A lot of people will prefere the original version to Celines (even before they have heard it) and that will give it a bit of bad press. The second single should be an original song, luckily TC is not that well known so with many people it will seem like a new recording.
