Yeah especially if you want to become a mod desperately and post like a crazy pukkiakk you have to be VERY VERY patient for them to reply and assign you. :clap: :clap: :clap: :clap:

OK so my membership expired, however when I was given the renewal notice I was completely broke because I had to pay my tuition and my insurance. I just got paid, and I'm trying to renew, but unfortunately I can't get the $50 for 3 years option that I had. It was a choice when I got the e-mail but can't get it now and it's not letting me login to do a renew.

 

Anyone know of anything I can do?

Okay so we got an album cover, a release date, and a tracklist. Kinda seems like all this stuff came at one too, didn't it? So anyway, when are we finally gonna get to hear some audio samples? I'd at least like to hear SOMETHING, but I dont' think anything has been released yet.

We don't know the official tracklist yet. That preview in Vegas is not official tracklist. They can remove some songs or add some, anyhow, we have no idea what the final tracklist will be.

 

Shouldn't this topic be merged with new album topic?

I am starting to overplay Platinum Wierd's version of Taking Chances. If they still want Céline's version to be a hit in Fredland they should put out a clip immidiatly...

I think I only played their version twice to get a feel for the song. I don't want to overplay it and get used to their version.

Seriously I did NOT like it at first, but it got ok after a while. Now it's the only substitute I have for her new album so I am playing it along with Alone... I know I know, patethic, but I am not on the stage yet when I'll buy stuff from the online boutique! :flowers:

If you've heard Platinum Weird's version you've heard Celine's version. It's pretty much sung identical. I think the original artist is one of the best unknown singers I've heard, and this song is just amazing. Hearing this version makes me so excited to get Celine's version because while the arrangement is very similar, Celine's voice is just like heaven to me, so nothing can substitute that.

I'm trying to renew my membership... but I get this, when I'm trying to check out

Yep same for me. My Celine number won't even work thru ticketmaster now.

Same for me too - but my TC number does still work on Ticketmaster. I've only got 2 weeks to renew so I hope they get this sorted quickly. One thing that did occur to me is that maybe we'll each have to create a new account with the Boutique since MT now controls it - unless you already have an MT account :shrug: :unsure:

No, the only option is for 1 year at $25. Maybe this is a sign that Céline will be retiring (again) after 2008!!!

Hum, darn. It was a nice detail. But I was surprised it was there in the first place, I mean it is a bit provocating and it doesn't fit Céline's general image (that's why I liked it), and it draws attention and I guess they feared Céline being bashed for having that kind of jewellery the focus would be directed towards her wealth...

Yeah, you all should have been so enraged last week when Seb posted this topic, now y'all gotta wait patiently till TeamCeline reads it on Tuesday and decides whether or not to request the file from Sony on Wed and then they will wait till the end of the week for Sony's answer to only post a 10 sec extract next Monday.

The TC news for today is that they posted the September TC calendar online. When I first saw the headline I thought it was gonna be a song clip from Taking Chances! GRRRR Also, the pic they have on the calendar isn't even related to Taking Chances - they should've used the album cover for it. Oh well, maybe October or Nov.

and where is celine with her taking chances? her ooowh sooo comeback with a normal single? I want a beat... a beat a la cause... a beat for in the disco...

 

i'm having a non-fan moment right now... think she cant make it to no 1 with all those other artists...

think it will flop, think madonna and britney will be better...
