At this point I'm really annoyed with the situation. How can it be that many people are sending them emails asking for help and ANY of us get a response?? What kind of people and assistance service do Céline have there? This is so disappointing and cheating. This is Céline's official fan club in 2007 eh? :sick: :sick: :sick: :pinch:

 

That's one of the downsides of having a BIG company control a fanclub. People who already have their jobs, now have to do even more stuff (which they probably won't have any time for). And I mentioned earlier that their customer survice just s*cks, guess that still remains.. Like I said, don't be surprised if you a) don't get a reply, B) get a reply in 3 weeks.

 

 

I've just come back from Amsterdam 2 weeks ago and you really dinner very soon! how you go to bed that late at 11 PM? :mdr:

 

LOL! Well it really differs reallu.. some people eat at 5, some don't eat till 8.... same for going to bed :P

Still can't login to TeamCeline, I bet their database got corrupted during the conversion to the Linux server. :angry: Didn't they mention 24/7 customer service by phone??

i mean they have the song, right? if sony gave them that high res promo pic then they probably gave them a sample of the song, if not a sample of the entire album.

i love how they post that the album cover is now available as an exclusive. its on freaking amazon.com for FREE and was found by fans before it was posted online. thank god they redeemed themselves by posted the HQ pic. but dont act like posted the album art is a TC exclusive when it was available for free elsewhere and before hand!

now we pretend we found a clip of TC... maybe then they release a full HQ version hehe ;-)
