I bought Visual Milestones TCOML concert dvd and two minutes ago I bought Gold series TAST. Will it not be counted to Celine album sales or not? If yes, I have no regret, i really love their package

Yep, totally agree but (as we are discussing in the TC thread) it's because Sony / Rene / Celine REFUSE to let the general public hear her updated sound. They still stick with the 90's ballad singer.

Totally! How costly is to do a design with the album cover and release a cardboard package like the TAST and ANDHC 2007 and 2008 editions?

Well of course when I said "what an effortless team she has" I meat the whole Sony Music family these days, not only with Céline's case. Only that others care about their own career and how things are done, but Céline doesn't unfortunately

Today I was in the Mediamarkt - a big music/electronica etc.store in Holland, and there I found the dvd/cd package of the Colour of my love.

I just could not resist so I bought it ;-) Anyway I could not find the These Are Special Times dvd/cd package. Maybe I am going to buy it too via internet.

 

About the dvd of The Colour of My Love; which songs are really live?

I am now listening Where Does my heart beat now and that is definately completely live. But the other songs, like think twice..which ones are live? It all sounds very good almost like the cd.

And the overall image quality is really good too. Only thing negative is her suit haha but she was young and starting her career so I forgive her ;-)

Thank you very much! It feels weird seing a DVD in a CD case, a bit like the ATW DVD when that was released in a CD case...

 

I think I'll just buy the 2 items seperately purely because of that horrible yellow cover!

I don't have any TAST editions yet, but I am just going to get the normal album and the Collector's Edition, and maybe the tin box...

The tin box is SOOOO cool in person!

 

First of all, the tin box is pretty. You open it like a book. The Celine logo is CUT into the box. talk about amazing.

 

The CD+DVD is housed in an old-school-style (a la "Collection 1982-1988" or "Amour") box (that they used to put CD sets in).

 

The booklet is the same as the remastered edition, but it has "gold" written on it.
