L'Europa ha sempre l'uscita anticipata rispetto agli USA (salvo posticipi ad hoc nei diversi paesi). In Germania, Austria, Svizzera, Italia, Polonia, Spagna i CD escono il venerdì, in UK e Francia il lunedì ed in USA e Canada il martedì.
