The Charlemagne one is not hers anymore, it's a business. The one in The Laurentide is her first house, the one she bought to her parents when whe was still living with them. I would think she sold it has she has bought them the one in Laval afterward. La Louvière House, wasn't it rented before Vegas for a short time only? The last Jupiter house pics I think she has sold when she went to Vegas. That's why she's building another one now. Finally, The Villa Monmorency? I didn't even know about that one. Do you know where it is?

 

In conclusion, I would think she has 6 house total(including the one that belongs to her mom(?) a gift(?? or maybe she still owns it anyway, I don't know).

 

And yes Claudette, she must pay sooooo much taxes that I guess it's a wise thing to invest in the real estate!

If you google Celine Dion Villa Montmorency all kinds of articles come up, dunno if any of them are true or not, its just been reported she bought a house there. I was just posting a quote I found about it.

London, Dec 20 : Canadian singer Celine Dion has reportedly upset her neighbours over plans to build a water park in her home.

 

 

 

The 41-year-old has enraged local residents who are less than impressed with her vision for the new addition to her USD 12.5 million property, reports imdb.com.

 

"There will be two giant pools, several waterslides and a lazy river, much like an amusement park," said a source.

 

Though Dion's eight-year-old son Rene-Charles and the rest of her extended family is happy at the idea, some of her neighbours have made it clear they're not in favour with her plans.

 

"It's totally distasteful and demeans the whole area. I don't know how she got the well permits in there either, because the town is usually pretty restrictive with stuff like that," said a local resident.

Anyway, I can't see why this is anyone's business. Celine doesn't ask her neighbours, or anyone for that matter, what they are doing in their backyards... In my opinion, if that is what she wanted, a water park, then she must ask her money back, because a lazy river and a pool don't cut it...

- LES LAURENTIDES HOUSE (In 1988 Celine Dion bought a luxurious house located in Les Laurentides, Quebec, Canada. The house originally was property of Dominique Michel. Celine lived on this house for only a little more than five years. After, Celine sold the house. A picture of this house was published by a magazine on December 1994.)

 

- ROSEMÈRE HOUSE (On this house lived Celine´s parents since 1996 to 2000 when Celine moved to her new house in Laval, and bought to her mother Thérèse Tanguay a new house near of her, situated also in Laval, Canada.)

 

- JUPITER HOUSE (In 2002 Celine sold her palatial Florida home with furniture and other contents, including china, linens, wine, and art work, for 16 million dollars. The house was sold for $9 million. Celine would have wanted $20 million, including furnishings and art, for the 15,000-square-foot, custom-built, Mediterranean-style home in Jupiter´s Admirals Cove area, the Palm Beach Post reported.
