Celine Dion obviously wants the best for her 9 year old sohn. At this moment the canadian singer is having a huge waterpark build at her house Jupiter Island, Florida. It took about 2 years to build it and should be finished at the end of this year. According to the Forbes-list Jupiter Island is the most expensive place on earth to live.

An aerial photo shows both the mansion Dion shares with husband René Angelil and their 9-year-old son, René-Charles, as well as a more recent addition, a meandering water park complete with gazebo-shaded slides and bridges.

 

The Dion-Angelil estate is located on Jupiter Island, a community of fewer than 700 just north of Palm Beach, Fla., that has the highest estimated per capita income of any place in the United States.

 

Among its other super-rich and famous residents: golfers Tiger Woods, Gary Player and Nick Price, singer Alan Jackson and Baltimore Ravens owner Stephen Bisciotti. Actor Burt Reynolds is also a long-time resident.

 

Dion, the 14th child of working-class parents, both of whom are musicians, was ranked by Forbes magazine in 2007 as the fifth richest woman in the entertainment industry, with a net worth estimated at more than $250 million (U.S.).

 

Dion is the best-selling Canadian artist of all time, with more than 200 million albums world-wide according to Sony Music.

It's still under-constaction.maybe they are planning to set a huge fence.

They need it because it's FUN! Why go to a public waterpark, which Celine can't even do cause she's too famous, when you can have one in your back yard. And when you have huge families like Celine and Rene have, those pools would just fit everyone...

If I'd have as much money, I'd build myself a waterpark too. And a karting track... and a basketball field... and a tennis one. And definately the best bumper cars rink money could buy. That's beside the cinema room, game room, media room etc... Yeah, I'd be a big spender .

Yea I don't think she'll be doing that much. It's nice and all but a bit much, don't you think? Three pools and a two story water slide? I've never saw a celeb with a pool like this, that I know of.

 

As for the whole she can't go to a public waterpark, she could if she wanted. She's went to Disney several times and most of the time we didn't even know other than fan pictures and a few tweets and before there was "twitter" we probably wouldn't have known she was there at all. Besides if she really wanted to she could just rent the whole waterpark out and have it closed to the public.

I think the house and gazebos are sooooo pretty!! But, in my opinion she totally over did it. It would be one thing to have a pool in the back and a lazy river, or a pool in front and back, but this is just crazy. First of all, it doesn't look all that nice with tons of stuff all over the place, and also, RC is going to play in it a few times and be so over it. When you have everything, stuff looses its value so quickly so the pool will barely get any use. But other than that, the house looks gorgeous.
