I cannot ever get over her version of that song! Totally. @Luis/Del/Sherry, what the hell are we going to call ourselves? You can't go on tour without a name... So on a way more serious note, I had a doctor appointment today and they said there is no more testing and no procedures to restore my sight. Most people may say it's brutal to just say that I will never see again. I know, "never say never." If I hear that one more time, well, let's just say someone will not be making it to 2014. But I actually find it very humane of my doctor today when she said she didn't want to lead me on or give me false hope. I had a long wait in the waiting room for my ride so I just cranked the album Loved Me Back To Life in my earbuds and cried right in front of everyone and I am certain there will be A Lot more of that to come. Hopefully not in front of Mom's side of the family tomorrow, especially an auntie I have not been with since the day that the lights went out in California. That scare story and the fear of tomorrow is a whole other topic/post/forum in and of itself, but basically I did not care who saw me today and what they thought. I feel that blindness is a kind of coma and some comas don't get loved back to life, EVER!!!!!! So anyway, Merry f****** Christmas to me, huh? Anyone who wants to say something like, well at least you're still alive/breathing/walking/talking etc. PLEASE don't. I'm NOT there yet. And yes, hahahahaha Del being a Dion, it certainly does seem to be a popular enough last name in the area. Canada didn't invent Celine, they sure do claim it though! But don't they know she REALLY belongs to CDF?!!!!! Good night all, need all the sleep I can get so my tears don't come out in front of any of the relatives. We don't cry in my family. I consider it an Elvis landmark.
