L'immensite de mon amour pour Celine! L'amour existe encore pour elle! :)

I too wish there was new Celine stuff on tonight. But, more urgently, Adi, you don't sound pathetic. You should have seen me when I lost my sight last year. I slept night and day for the first month, I would not listen to music or watch TV, just slept I was so depressed. I still have moments today where if there was a painless way out of this life, as I am one of the biggest babies you will ever meet, I would do it sooooooooo fast. I ain't cut out for this world that's not made for blind people. So I get it, even though we don't have the same issues. Mine will never go away either. I will never see the sun, crosswalk on a street, Celine's face, my little brother, etc. Sometimes the things we know are best for us are the hardest to do because we have no energy. I wish you whatever you need in this moment.

Really? you've been blind only 1 year? I thought you have been in this condition for much longer. at least from here, it seems you are quite used to this condition... :o

Reading such things about wanting to die and stuff like that really makes me feel miserable.

I'm getting away from this topic. Hope you get over those things! :bye1:

That's just not a nice thing to say. :wtf:

haha that's a nice way to look at it. unfortunately it's never more difficult problem. it's always the same one just with different people and different places.

and they NEVER get solved. they just keep on making me miserable

no pshycologic treatment or me has managed to do that so far..

human being is stupid. Don´t give them so much importance. Live you life no matter what no matter who.

For people accept you, first place accept yourself

Wish you get better.

No, that's not a nice thing to say, but it's better to be hard on someone sometimes to make them open their eyes. You're intelligent, sing amazing, and have so many good and positive things in you, and unless you find them and kick the bad things inside, you won't be happy. And I really wish you were.

I was very depressive a long time ago, and thought about committing suicide, and I've never mentioned it to anybody, but if we meet I will show you the damn scars I have in my arms from cutting them with a knife.

And there's so many other things I could tell you, but now as I think about them I say HA to the negative me who lived a long time ago, and thank God for giving me strength to kick those things away from me. I wish you and everyone well! Always!

We're getting lots of sun rays here too, hahaha everyone who's not sunny. :LOL No seriously...Adi, I was born visually impaired and then I lost the rest of it. So in a way you are right, I am quite used to Braille, using talking computers etc. it's true. What I am not used to is waking up in total f.....ing darkness every single day. As it is, I stopped singing when it happened. Before I lost it all, I auditioned for the Voice and XFactor, but now I know that losing my sight was life/the world's way of telling me who do you think you are to dream that big? Now I know better than to ever think that a blind lady could ever be a singer. Yes, I know, stevie Wonder, Ray Charles, yada yada yada! But, in the patriarchal society we live in, men can do things they won't let women do. Now my belief, girls can do anything guys can too, but if you look at the history of music, not one blind woman singer haqs made it. I know, "you be the first" but I don't have the energy for that. Anyway, to make a long story short, you're right Adi I am used to aspects of this but never will get used to total darkness. I know blind people who have lost their vision and go on to lead happy, successful lives, I just do not know how to be one of them and I do not know what is the difference between me and them! Anyway...rant over. :(

Aww.. I'm sorry to hear that. I don't know if you're a good singer but regardless of being "the first woman" to do it, i don't see why it shouldn't happen at some point.

again, i am not trying to even compare your situation with mine and in some ways, i should feel more blessed that my problem isn't physical however i wouldn't say social or pshychological problems are neccesarily less bad.

I feel like a punching bag for the entire world... it isn't any better... it gets to the point where i don't even have the motivation to study anymore, and that says something about me..

I doubt it as well. But definitely a lot of nice monuments to visit there.

Have you finished your Christmas shopping? I gave our presents already to my in-laws and they were happy. They couldn't wait until the 25th and they opened them already.

Your story is amazing!

No, please, don´t believe this. Things happen just because they happen. It´s not a sign from heaven etc. You´re equal everybody, you are equal all the singers that want to win a competition and get famous.

Was it good? I loved Alex and Sierra's audition, but I didn't follow the shows. I used to be a huge X Factor UK fan, but that stopped when Cheryl left. :giggle:

I saw bits and pieces this year, including the marvelous finale where Sam Bailey won.

Next year I may follow American Idol, as I like the new panel of judges.
