When I feel like that sometimes I put a black cloth or something to cover my eyes and rest to have the headache go away and sit without trying to think about anything for at least one hour or meditate. Try it, it will be good.

And life has gone super fast after I reached 25. But I'm happy, my 20s was a pretty tumultous era for me, but heck I did learn a lot. I don't feel 38 now, but I'm comfortable with my age and don't mind getting old. 1
