What's on your mind right now?

I do have this perennial neck and back pain , but that's from spending quite some time on the computer some days. And do you smoke? Because sometimes it gets aggravated by smoking or changing the cigarette brand  as it happens to me.

Well...not so early actually... :P

I guess that's my reply to my post from hours ago.

Just kidding.

How are things in Andorra? My parents-in-law were telling us about this great spa with lots of swimming pools with a magnificent view of the mountains. :xmas:

Yes, I was gonna come here and post it, as I remembered during my shower.

I hope I'll visit it someday!

I have an exam tomorrow. I know nothing about it.

Of course! I'll go to the gym!

^ Your comment made me think about Legally Blonde, Adi.

"Exercise gives you endorphins,

endorphins make you happy"

I hope you can continue the phrase with...

"Happy makes me recall info about the exam

I got a good grade on the exam"

See it may sounds stupid but that's exactly why I started doing sport recently.. but the problem is, it still doesn't make me sit on my a$$ and study.

No, it doesn't sound stupid at all.

I believe exercise does open your mind! :xmas:

And I envy you, as I can't get up my a$$ and do exercise.

Oh, when it is exercise versus studying Biochemistry - Exercise wins big time!

I think I'd feel the same if I had to choose. Biochemistry sounds very  to me.

I remember when I took statistics in college. There were three exams, and I got a 10 on the first one, another on the second one, but only a 1 on the final one.

I barely passed!

Tonight I feel just like in that song by Pink - 'Don't wanna be myself no more, I wanna be somebody else'.

No, as the average was 7, which was the passing grade.

I hope you change your mind soon. :xmas:

  • I believe it's just a moment I'm going through. Sometimes I just get a little tired of...everything. I guess you know what I mean.

Yes, I guess I do. But what I do when things get a bit dark is to think about all those happy moments that I had, so I quickly eliminate those not-so-good thoughts.

Cheer up! Do things that you like, listen to music, watch TV, do exercise like Adi...

Try to focus on the positive! :xmas:

I guess me and exercise do match, but I will have to quit smoking, which I again failed in my purpose.

I'm planning on getting a stationary bike, to get me started.

Dancing is an excellent idea. I'm not a heck of a good dancer  but I like to play my favorite dance tracks and jump all around the house, even if I get those  faces from my hubby. It's a definitely great thing to keep you happy and keep you fit.

TV series 'Revenge' premiered in Bulgaria tonight. They say it's a big hit in the USA but it didn't impress me much, seems to me kind of predictable. Plus, I hate the dubbing.

I am good in catching the choreography but i have very bad technique. i have danced for years and i actually don't go to the gym here. my friend won a contest a month's entrance to some gym and it ends in a few days and he hadn't used it so he gave it to me so that's why i went. i usually take dance classes, but they are not up to my expectations, and they are also in fixed hours and about 30 minutes walk from my house (which is find now but not so fine once it gets colder) so i figured i'd try going to a gym which is closer to my house instead coz i do need sport and it's in flexible hours :s but i hate gym so..
