It's happening way too often ! There is a woman in Québec who just killed her three kids (plus she's pregnant), a man who killed his two kids just got out of psychiatric help and now this ! I'd like to buy a present for this very special friend who cheered me up today (actually the man I'm in love with and it makes everything a little complicated; he and I are good friends, I guess he knows about my feelings but we've never actually talked about them). I don't want something big, not at all. A little something to say 'thank you for always being here for me' and something to do with Christmas as well. Just a little cute something. But he's crazy about rock music ('Deep Purple', 'Whitesnake', 'Coldplay', 'Linkin Park'...), he likes animals (especially cats) very, very much and...he's a smoker. For example, when I call him, it's often when he drives or he's at an important meeting or something... I like to make fun of myself when it comes to this and it seems to be funny for him, too. He's never mad at me, it's more like he's sorry if he's not able to pay attention to me at the particular moment. I once saw a beautiful black and red scarf, so probably you can look for one. Or, as you said he smokes, a nice Zippo with a Thank You for your Friendship note engraved could be nice as well.

The movie wasn't up to my expectations but the dinner afterwards was nice. It was nice catching up with these friends as everyone is leaving for their home for Christmas and New Years.

I remember we were in Paris and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part II came out and we found a few cinemas in Paris that played the English one.
