Yes, she has a great voice, but to me she is just another Mariah/Whitney/Celine. She is just another big voice. IMO Drew should have won. She is a very talented young girl, not just a great singer, but generally very musical. She has a very different tone too, which was very refreshing for me. Has the look too. Even though some of her performances was a bit slow, she should have taken it. Wish I coulda picked it out myself....I ended up getting a Kodak when I would have preferred a Canon or Pixma like I used on campus. So far, I like it better than my old one, which I've had for 3 years and which is starting to really slow down. This one has a 17-inch screen, a built-in webcam (which will make Skyping easier!), a DVD drive that can play Blu-ray discs (which I've never tried, but maybe I will now), and lots of other cool features. The best part is, it DOESN'T have Windows Vista! I really hated that operating system. Besides that, I got a lot of little things, and I was so happy to give my parents the presents I'd picked out for them. They were both really happy! "The measure of love is to love without measure." Like 3 trees fell on the roof of my friend's house (luckily nothing worse happened, no one got hurt and the house didn't get much damage) and trees were falling down everywhere.. so rare in Finland!! And my parents and my little brother are still without electricity in the countryside, they've been for more than 19 hours already. And I can't contact them cause the phones nor the Internet aren't working there either. I hope they aren't freezing there. Well I guess they'll come again knocking on my door if they are.. I only ate a bit more than usual on Christmas eve, but I stopped it there cause I just hate how it makes my stomach feel, so I normalized my diet yesterday morning already. I used to suffer from major stomach pains and problems, and now that I've mostly got ridden of those (due to a proper diet and regular exercise), I don't mind getting it back even for one day.
