Thank you so much for your work and effort translating these gems! this special really is awesome and a perfect tribute to the album. They’ve put a lot of effort into that special. I wish every album would have a special like this. It’s just such a shame that the album didn’t do that well on the charts.

I have watched only the first 8 minutes and it looked very correct. And I know it's a very hard work. But the parody in the car with René is not accurate. She says :
"We want some candy !
Have you seen a pumpkin at the door?

Because if there's no pumpkin at the door, then you shouldn't go and ring

I don't have any candy. I'm giving you half of my cheese burger

Then it's correct. I am not totally sure of what I heard. Also I really don't know what she was refering to. I don't know the series.

A bit is lost in translation at 11.30 :
I can prepare my supper in the morning, I put the Crock Pot on top. I drove the kid. Have a good day, my love. Mom loves you. We play a little 9-hole course. It was longer. We played an 18-hole course, in fact. No problem. We come back, the Crock Pot is here. So what are we going to do. It's already 7.10. Damn, I apologize for those parts. The truth is that I originally translated it into Spanish about 3 years ago. For that specific part and the funny moment in the car, I used my Spanish translation as a bridge-translation into English. That's probably the reason why a few parts were lost

The golf part was OK. It's just funny the way she talks about a 9-hole course then she decides to go up to 18. The Pop-tart was tricky. I thought "Is she really saying Papa with an accent from Québec ? Then I thought "It sounds like Pop-Tarts" I searched Pop-Tarts on Wikipedia and it says "Pop-Tarts regained popularity thanks to the series Têtes à claques". I thought "So that's it"

Wikipedia should read "Pop-Tarts regained popularity thanks to Céline Dion's parody of Têtes à Claques."
