Ne laisse pas le temps: Beautiful guitar. I really like it, it is very simple but I think Celine can give it a beautiful sensibility. You can feel something nostalgic, and probably she is in that mood too... 8/10
Et pourtant: It feels very ethereal... too angelical for my taste... And because we know Celine team.. they would add more effects to the song and it would be too much. 6/10
Si on passe l'hiver : Excuse me? Back to the 80's? ... Completely outdated... bye bye... 1/10
Le voilier blanc: Very Celine french style... it sounds like one of those duets she makes with old french singers. It seems a little bit boring.. 3/10
Je reviens vers toi: Classic 90's ballad... next. 4/10
Dis-moi quelque chose: This could be a good one, acoustic feeling, simple melody but with a hook. The chorus is a bit tipical in Celine, to use different vocals and I usually don't like that too much but well... this is not a bad option... 6/10
On a beau dire:Another outdated song... Maybe trying another arrangements but this 90's jazzy song is sooo outdated... 1/10
Ne pars pas: Mmmmm... I like it! It reminds me a little bit to Carla Bruni and I like the harmonic, kind of new in Celine? 8,5/10
Dans ta chaleur: Nothing very special but kind of beautiful... I don't know... at the end of the song it's like it is sung in a forced low key... and that's something I usually don't like from Celine.. 5/10
Je veux te dire: It seems like one of those storytelling songs, it's very easy going... like it. 7/10
Avant que tu ne sois seul: The kind of pop-rock song that I think it doesn't fit with the nowadays Celine. Next. 5/10
Je reste là:Yeah! Love the beginning, with the percussion and that kind of folk pop style.. It's a pitty the song starts to get lost with the chorus... 7/10
Au-delà du miroir: Another 90's ballad... 4/10
Frère et soeur de son: The freak choice... Horrible... 1/10
Faudra faire mieux: Seriously? 1/10
Je te donnerai tout: French pop song crying to be on radios but never meant to be a success. This could have been a discard from any X-Factor kind of reality contestant new upcoming album...
Love after love: Maybe this is because of the Taking Chances album but why to try to put Celine as a dark rock balladist ... completely out.. 2/10
Je commence à m'y faire: There's something wrong in the arrangements, probably that kind of synths on the background, but I like the folk acoustic thing... 7/10
Comment savoir:Beautiful and effective ballad . Less is better. Powerful vocals for a powerful vocalist. 9/10
Pardonner ce retard: Another horrible freak song with no interest. 1/10
À la plus haute branche: An interesting choice. 8/10
J'écrirai: A little bit 90's but probably because of the echo effect not necessary for Celine, but also the structure is a bit 90's but always effective in Celine. 6/10
Ta vie:Water effect and ethereal synths... common... 3/10
J'aurais voulu te dire: Very Celinish, this could have been a discard from Sans Attendre... 7/10
Que vaut ma vie: Interesting backing but not the rest of the song... but the only interesting uptempo choice from the list...7/10

I voted for the song "Ta vie" for now.

I would love to see Celine singing this. It's one of the only songs that kept my interest from start to finish, plus it's a style that is not typical of Celine. I could see this working very well acoustically, it has a rootsy 1F4T feel to it which I love.
I also like 'Ta vie', I enjoyed the lyrics and the overall sound is not that of a boring ballad like many of the other songs.

J'écrirai
Comment savoir
I love Mikaël Benzekr's voice. He's very talented. Im leaning towards the last two I listed. Jamil is also very talented as well, I love her emotion and voice, it's gorgeous. Mikaël is heaven to my ears, his voice, the music, I don't know French, but it sounds B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L.

To be completely honest, the others were boring and I skipped through almost all of them. I tried but I know I can't.

2) Comment savoir: A beautiful melody with nice vocals
3) Que vaut ma vie: For me, it's the best from all and I think I'm gonna vote for it!
the exact same for me...
i add to that Je reviens vers toi,,,the lyrics are very Celinish...
But many songs are so sad. Do we have to revive death every lyrics and breath.

Ok, guys i just skipped through the songs and I must say I'm shocked how boring these songs are.
Where is JJG when we need him

POPULAR
Let's face it, if JJG etc has written a song for Celine, they wouldn't put it in a contest. She'd be recording it. Period.

I agree completely. Couldn't understand the lyrics since I don't speak a lick of French, HOWEVER, the melody and beat were very uptempo as well as catchy and interesting. Something totally not typical Celine style. Which is why I voted for it.

4)Ta vie
3)Que vaut ma vie
2)Avant que tu ne sois seul
1)Et pourtant
This song has such potential. it could be a big single if just modernise the electronic guitar and add more orchestral elements

Really surprised that 'Et Pourtant' hasn't scored higher with fans as I really think it is a beautiful song and celine could add so much with her melodies

And most of these songs are nice too. But I miss a song that makes me say ... wow that was cool.
And a lot of the songs make me fall asleep.. From what I heard now, I can say I like.
Et Pourtant -
it sounds like song sung by Natasha St. Pier and I can totally hear Celine singing the song

1Que vaut ma vie - nice uptempo song. Don't like the ending, could be better, but it sounds like a song written for Celine
2 Et Pourtant - now heard it is a song about Dead, but I still like the beautiful music and melody
3 Je reste La - yes another uptempo song among all these sleepy songs
4 À la plus haute branche - nice soft song - sounds like a ballad perfect for Celine, it sounds very vulnerable
5 Je reviens vers toi - I love this soft voice the guy has and I am sure Celine can make a nice version as well
Least favorites
1 on a beau dire - pff it is just a challenge to listen to this whole song..pff it is boring, it is sung monotone and the melody is boring and
the music is boring and it is also kind of dissonant.. ultimate sleepmode here!
2 Pardonner ce retard - What a weird rhytm... and it sounds so outdated...I can imagine all the writers also checking our opinion here as well
so I have to say, everyone is very talented making their own unique songs. But i guess it is also a matter of taste

Also I really hope people vote for either Comment Savoir or Frere et soeur de son. The other songs don't really do it for me and seem like they are just fillers. I would love to have a English translation to all these songs though, so that I can make the best decision possible.
