Muse are artists. Celine isn’t. That’s the difference.

Maybe, but from a business perspective, why bother plunking down money into a product the artist themselves doesn’t care about? It’s better to put money into others who will engage in promoting stuff via social media both on and off the clock, so to speak. Celine is too apathetic and just doesn’t care. She has her money and fame. That’s good enough for her.

I think you might consider letting yourself lose interest and let Celine go as an artist you follow. Start following The Muse more and get into their stuff. Celine and Sony are going to do what Celine and Sony are going to do. You’re not going to be able to change them.  But what you CAN do is let her go as one of your main artists.

I think you might consider to stop telling people what to do because « its like this and not gonna change ». Thats a forum, people are here to discuss and i made my point. Im tired of just accept Sony doing nothing. Stop acting like you’re part of her team giving lessons to the fans that doesnt think like you or acting like everything is fine in her career. Not because she is saying she is the boss that this is a good thing.

Since he left, i do not feel as connected with Celine. I’m starting to lose interest because sadly her team is only milking with the concert tickets. If you can’t go, you got nothing. They keep forgotten the majority of her fans. A album every 5-6 years is not enough to keep the flame alive.

So i prefer to try something than staying here doing nothing. I dont know why her fan base are not able de speak out loud together... « aw they will do nothing, sony stopped to care about celine » well i can say that her fans stopped to care too, going easy by accepting it.

Its time for a change. Its time to show Sony and her team that fans are still there. And now is the perfect time because everything is on pause! No tour, no albums recording.. nothing’s planned!

same goes for her tour which has such a uninteresting setlist. Come on we want to hear more new songs Celine!

Celine needs an agent for her career, I remember in 2016 when Aldo said that the focus was to keep her attention on Celine, making her appear on several TV shows, I was sad about her leaving and we still don't know why.
I'm sure that it was him, the Courage promotion would be totally different.

Celine is part of my life for 30 years now of course i dont want to lose interest but i am because of her poor managing and thats sad because they can do so much better without a lot of work.

Of course its gonna be difficult but demanding them to change is better than given up. As a fan im not supposed to lose interest.. thats because they are not doing their job. A singer is nothing without a fan base.

I’ve lost interest in many artists over the years. My tastes change as I get older or I don’t like the new direction their music takes or I just forget about them.

With Celine, I love her voice so I’ll listen to whatever she sings. Whether or not a DVD of a particular concert is released or not doesn’t affect me or I would’ve stopped being a fan long ago. That’s what made her so recognizable lately and is what helped her Courage World Tour to sell even though the album itself wasn’t a great seller. I mean, without the ticket bundle, it wouldn’t have done nearly as well as it has.

As for legacy purposes - they clearly don’t care about that at all. If there’s not a solid business plan to make money off a release, there’s no incentive for Sony to release it. (even streaming will cost them money by paying the director, singers, orchestra, etc...I belong to 2 different artist unions, all of those people get paid to perform the show but if anything were to be released on DVD or via streaming, they’d all have to get a payment for that as well. That’s why they can release all of this previously-released material. New material is a different matter.)

I highly doubt people went to the “Courage World Tour” because her fashion choices influenced them to do so. Even with all of her recent fashion related events, she has yet to pull together an iconic look. I mean truly iconic. I’m talking Cher “If I Could Turn Back Time,”, Shania Twain “That Don’t Impress Me Much” leopard print, Annie Lennox feather boa “Diva,” Britney Spears “...Baby One More Time,” Bjork goose iconic. I disagree. I think she's been in so many magazines over the past two years...which have had the pics snagged by buzzfeed and People and Us and on and on, that...what I mean is, it kept her in the public consciousness. So that, when they announced a world tour, she was on their mind, and it wasn't a new album that made the general public buy tickets, it was "Oh my God, I love IACBTMN and POL and MHWGO. She's no longer in Vegas, she's going to be in town. We should go see her. She's iconic!!"

I actually think you're wrong about that. Over the past two years, every time she shows up in a magazine, different friends, who know I love Celine, will send me the link to the article with a "Did you see this? She looks frickin' amazing. She's a fashion goddess!!!" type statement. I don't know how much you follow her fashion over the past few years cuz I know you don't like that side of her. But she's been in EVERY magazine, with spreads showing her top 20 looks during NYC fashion week, Paris fashion week, etc. General fans who haven't followed her music for decades have been reminded of her over the past few years and are buying tickets to her concerts out of nostalgia for her 90s celebrity status. At her Brooklyn shows, I ran into two different friends of mine who aren't big fans but had splurged on close floor seats, like I had, because she was a bucket list item and she was finally out of Vegas so they didn't have to travel to see her. I wouldn't underestimate all that her new her fashion status has brought. Many people DO now see her as a fashion icon. Wearing the $1000 Titanic hoodie set her over the top.

I could never lose interest in Céline, even if she stopped singing altogether. Inevitably, I do sometimes wonder why I keep on following Céline when she doesn’t offer much, especially during this period. However, I soon realize that I physically could not ever stop being obsessed with her and so it’s not even worth thinking about. She’s more than just my favorite singer, more than “part of the family”, she’s like an extension of myself that I couldn’t possibly get rid of.

there is a rumor that Madonna will release a DVD from her last tour, if that is true I don't understand why Celine Dion, with over 30 years of contract with SOny, has not released her last shows.

None of us do. I’m curious if anyone has delved into who has the rights for the concerts so that we can figure out who needs to be contacted in order to make it happen. There have been so many passionate people lately wanting to get this done. I’m anxious to know what steps they’ve taken and the progress they’re making.

Hello! We're trying to figure out a list with the right people to contact (Celine Fansites and Production Companies). Apparently, the 2016 tour was filmed by Carson Prod and Tigre Prod (responsible for Accès Illimité and Un An Avec Céline Dion) while the 2017 tour (shows in Paris and London) were filmed by Carson Prod. All this footage must be property of Feeling Productions now.

Plus we started to posted on her facebook fan club. Both reach more than 100 likes and comments. Maybe 2-3 more post like this to give a chance her team to see it. Next would be something on twitter/instagram.
