One question: how many cameras did they bring to the Boston concert? 10? 20? because the DVD we have is magnificently shot. Maybe the other concerts during the world tour were shot (surely), but not with the display of so many cameras that they brought to Boston That's perhaps the answer we are looking for to the question of "why they recorded the Boston concert...lipped/not lipped songs that match/don't match with the image"?

Javito...are you saying that on the TC dvd you can clearly see that the audio does NOT match celines lip movements and that they are out of synch alot? That would be horrible if thats the case!

No Celine screamed "Boston" many Times on the DVD and at the end of the intro "Boston" was written but no you are right Boston was never mentionned  
If I may, I want to add that Denis Savage must be fired right now! Even my little brother knows how to use autotune! I mean some songs are over-autotuned while others are not autotuned at all, some parts are over autotuned while when she seems to struggle to ne on the right key/when she is off key there is no autotuning

exactly!!!!! its obvious most of celines team does not know what they are doing....nobody else in the business has this bad of a setup in production teams etc ITs sad one of the greatest singers to ever exsist also has one of the worst production teams known to man

Well they only had the full production crew at Boston and Montreal, so the footage wouldn't be as good if they took the best performances for different cities.

As far as I'm concerned we've been spoilt with this tour. We've got videos on YouTube from every concert so we know that there are better nights. Where as in the 90s and Vegas people were happy with what they got as there was very little to compare them to.

I disagree! the shots from other cities than Boston and Montreal you can see in CTTEOTW are just as good as the TCTW dvd IMO!! though I don't like a dvd with clips from all over the place, they should have done that with CTTEOTW

The L.A performance was also after she was sick. It was the show before Phoenix. She was clearly scared to dissapoint people and she was almost trying to make a come back after resting for more than a month. I have a theory for IAMW too. She changed the notes to the higher notes because it was easier for her to sing them. Celine doesn't have a problem with the high notes. In fact, I think it is easier for her to pull them off  when she is sick and her vocal chords doesn't want to co-operate. She had a problem with the lower notes during the US leg.

I agree with you on the AND show. She definiteley improved as the show went on. But I still think she sounds better on this DVD than on the AND DVD. In fact, I think she sounds better on SLP than she did in Vegas...

I agree with Claudette, she sounded the best in (sorry to be baised ) Europe! they should have released a live in London and a Live in Montreal or Antwerp IMO!

In fact what was recorded in other citiez was what you can see on screen when you go to her concerts and more and yes I agree with Davey

Some people make it sound like this release is one of Celine's worst DVDs, which is totally not the case. I totally agree with Shaun on the whole Boston/Montreal thing. Besides, the average fan will either buy the French concert or the English concert, but not both. And I'm sorry to say this, but that is the people Sony targets with these stuff, not people on this forum. Most people will not even take the time to actually compare the vocals and footage to see if it was shot on the same day and I don't know what else.

The autotuning thing is another thing you guys are seriously exagerating at this stage. The Las Vegas DVD had loads more autotuning in my opinion. I don't hear any autotuning here, except maybe for a couple of notes in TPOL.

Everybody should just relax and enjoy the release. My dad was so impressed with the movie, he couldn't stop talking about it and how good Celine is. He said that she is one of a kind and that she really works hard. Something you cannot say about all the young artists these days...

How I wish people who were complaining about the 1st AND DVD were treated like that! Jailed in a lame topic when no one can Hear them! At least, it would have been released...

Totally agree Claudette. Sony are marketing this release at the 3million+ people who attended the shows, not the few hundred die hard fans on this forum. Most people out there will simply buy the version that is released in their country.

Frankly I've got better things to do than analyze hours of footage and play "spot the difference" between the 2 DVD's. When they are released here tomorrow i'm going to watch them for what they are - the worlds best selling female artist presenting a concert of her latest English album.

As for the autotuning thing, so WHAT! Either enjoy listening to Celine, or dont. If it bugs you that much, just turn it off.

I dont think I have ever been on a forum where there are so many rules and regulations...I wouldnt  be surprised if this post gets deleted and moved to the tina turner forum. With all due respect this isnt right in my opinion. Alot of the comments that were made recently made my me and others were both praising and stating observations..not really just complaining. I didnt create this forum and I am not an administrator so I apologize if this is out of line.

but it's Celine and in the DVD she didn't use more than 50% of her potential! I am not saying it's her fault but I don't know! She used to be on fire and for me, those performances are not from her So I understand that she was tired that night, she is just a human beign but why didn't they show the best of the tour in the documentary as they can put whatever they want from every cities they wantin it instead of repeating the same footages...  

Sorry moderators you can put this discussion on the other thread ... which is not fair btw because it makes me feel like I don't love her

I'm a bit disappointed that they didn't film the concert on August 20 08. When I went to see her that night she was TOP NOTCH; the ABM performance was great and everything else was A-class; Why did they wait for her to be tired to film the concert? That's the biggest mistake they have made= wait too long before filming.

Actually, for the people who said that Celine was off in her Live in Quebec concert that's because she gave her ALL to us 2 nights before that event on the 20th of August.

Celine was in top form the nights of the 2 filmed Montreal concerts. I have the bootlegs to prove it! Shame that so much Boston footage was shown!

Celinemaniac you made some good points. I dont know why they would film the very first concert on the American leg. it makes no sense. shes rusty , she's doing the round stage the first time and she hasnt felt comfortable enough to concentrate on her singing. oh wait what am i saying, i know exactly  why. because RENE ANGELIL insists they do it because they filmed Bsoton  first about 15 years ago when she had her last world tour so therfore they must also film Boston, come hell or high water. UGHHHH, that's what i hate about RENE, once he does something it must always continue no matter what, and even if her production team isnt what it used to be from 15 years ago they must continue the same old crap they did 15 years ago no matter what. and no matter how crappy a producer JUlie Synder is and no matter how many mess ups she does, she will always get the job because she is a freind of his.

She did the round stage for the first time in Manchester in May 2008.
