OMG tickets are 49.50-188.00

This is gonna be expensive seeing her several times

Apparently with her track record for A New Day..., they assume people will pay that.

I sat 2nd row on the LTAL tour and the ticket was 77.50

Looks at other countries. Americans should be satisfied. Not to mention she's in Vegas for 5 years already. Even Canada, her home country, only get few dates.

Yes, it was said. When I told everyone not to panic because this was only a rumour, I was replied by someone (I fail to remember who exactly but someone who is trusted around here) who told this was not a rumour because eventtravel was the affiliate and so on. If it's not a rumour than it's true, right? And I'm not telling it's your fault or Vic's fault. It's just as I have said before, we have to be careful with rumours and this should have been handled as a rumour.

So... does Ticketmaster really have prices for Vancouver BC listed for $62.00-$520.00 Canadian dollars?  $476?!  I'm confused.

Yeah it's going to cost me over $187 to see her in Ft. Lauderdale... more than that as I'm having to pay for 2 tickets.  Why that expensive when some dates are only $125?  I don't understand.  Do they think people in South Florida are rich or something.  Hey Celine, not everyone can afford multi-million dollar homes on Jupiter Island like you... some South Floridians live for the next paycheck!

Maybe, next time... I'm really very sad for those fans who won't have the opportunity to attend a Celine's concert... Whatta pity that we can do nothing... All I mean by that is that it isn't Celine's fault, but, her sorrounding people's one...

Next time? She said reccently this would probably be her last tour. Of course the main responsible for the tour's organization it's Céline's management team. But she's not innocent in all of this... for god sake, she's not stupid. She's an intelligent woman.

I agree with this post a billion percent.  If someone like Garth Brooks, who has sold well over 100 million albums, can make sure to charge his fans only $27 a ticket at venue that is comparable to that of San Jose's HP Pavillion, then I know for sure someone of Celine's calibur (sp?) could make sure the prices wouldn't be as high as they are.  Celine (and Rene) have a lot of power.  I wish people on here would stop acting like Celine is some innocent angel who needs to be defended 24/7.  If she wants the money, fine, that's her preogrative.  It just disappoints me, that's all.

Very random comment about Celine and the money -- when I saw her in Vegas not one month ago, where she talked to the audience, she included a little something about the price of her tickets, saying that she knew how expensive they were (crossing her eyes to denote their ludicrousness) but said that it was not in her control, she doesn't decide these things, if she did it wouldn't be like this, and put the issue on "them".

I suppose I can see that, that corporations surrounding her could be full of greed, one case in point, TeamCeline.

Anyhow. This 2 days to decide my concert venue is really starting to irk me. I want to go places but can't quite find concert buddies/make plans/settle accommodation/find moolah/know what i'm doing a year from now.. in two days.

Ditto.  :angry2: 'They' whoever that may be should have given us more time to decide. Considering the release of the tour dates was about a month late. Oh, well. I'll just have to purchase for the cities/dates I know I can attend, and be happy with that.  :glare: Considering this is probably her last tour - most of us, I'm sure want to see her as many times as possible. They sure aren't making that very easy.

yeahy! she's coming back to Dublin! I had tickets for the cancelled gig in the LTAL tour years ago when I was like 14 and now I get to see her properly again! it's gonna be brilliant.

Does anyone know if the concert will be "in the round"? As in the stage in the centre of the arena and the seats all around? I really hope not! LOL

Also, has anyone heard anything about the London gig? How come there's only one show, there's gotta be more added. I wanna go to that one as well! Does anyone know when the tickets are gonna go on sale for the London gig?! I didnt even know the TeamCeline ones had gone on sale yet but theyre already sold out! Madness! LOL

Do people think she'll lip sync some of the songs? I hope not :( I love when she sings live, she has such energy, it's brilliant.

Anyone got any idea of ticket prices? I know the Dublin ones START at 69.50 for standing, but they'll get way more expensive than that I think.

Whew! Sorry for all the questions! Just really excited lol.

Thanks guys :)

Hello New one!! Welcome to La Forum! Where on the Emerald Isle are ya? I also had tickets for the LTAL show- was so gutted that it was cancelled...had her reasons I suppose  :P

I'm not sure when the TC Ireland tickets go on sale- I've used my 2 tickets per member up on the London show anyhow. The regular public tickets go on sale next Thursday...I dunno if I'll be able to persuade my Dad to buy me them- I'm skinted. Him & Mum said they're defo going so I think that as The House's Superfan, I should be able to go along too...Croke Park would be rather cool

I'm from Dublin, so it'll be cool to get to see her in my home town :)

Ugh, wow, I SO wish I had joined TeamCeline in time to get good tickets, it's too late now to join and be assured good tickets in the presale. Anyway, hopefully i can get good seats next Thursday.

Just to clear up any confusion for the Irish fans, the normal tickets havent gone on sale yet, they go on sale next Thursday the 15th at 8am. There's been no news of whether or not the TeamCeline tickets for the Dublin concert have gone on sale yet, neither has their been any talk of prices.

However, I know a girl that works for TicketMaster over here and she said that from what she knows, the ticket prices will START from 70 euro. So I'm sure they'll go up into the hundreds, hopefully not too expensive though.

Hope this helps the Irish people! :)

I totally agree! It's only a year tour and it should be called US Tour. Even in Canada they have a few dates. I don't know what to think about it.
I just don't think a US fan can complain now. It's a US Tour, not worldwide.

ALL I KNOW IS THAT IT ISN'T CELINE'S FAULT... :nono:

Please don't come with that now. How do you know? Who in the world can believe that if Céline wants to sing in one place for her fans, she won't try her best to do it, whatever it takes?

Take back to 1999 and the concert cancellations she made because of Renés illness. Then she said that she would consider to come in her next tour to the places she cancelled. How do you explain that?
That only proves again that SPAIN, PORTUGAL and LATIN AMERICA are in the bottom list of her priorities (again). It seems we're not in the world, or that she hasn't fans there.

How can they do that crazy US dates list when american people have had it in the US for 5 YEARS?? This is so frustrating and annoying for us :angry2: Didn't have USA enough Céline for 5 years? What about people that have never seen her just for ONCE in all her career?

I just know that IF CÉLINE herself would have wanted to go where she hasn't never been before in concert (or have just keep her promise), she would have done ANYTHING for it. Don't tell me its not her fault.

For Gods sake, tell me about Madonna, that she has sung in countries where she was even warned under personal threatens and I will believe, but its not Céline's case! :angry2:

Hahahaha Might be not only her fault but it's her management fault and so on. & lack of interest on those places such as Portugal and Spain.
