This is great! I'm so happy! I will be going to at least 8 shows I think, yay! Both Montreal shows of course, then Columbus, Cleveland, Detroit, Milwaukee, Chicago and Indianapolis, yay!!!! I'll be putting a lot of miles on my car, lol! I still would like to see the the tour info on TeamCeline though before I believe it 100%!

I know this doesn't affect most of you, but here is the seating chart for her concert at the Tacoma Dome in Tacoma, WA (already up on their site)... so it might be indicative of how she's doing most of the shows (in the center, catwalks):

So my local paper revealed that she'll be coming Halifax.  Well people are just having a field day that this is worst idea that the city has ever for a concert etc.  Her concert is going to be an outdoors one, which may not be the best idea considering the kind of audience she has but I honestly think that the comments there aren't called for.

Since last week that I knew she won't go to Portugal, Spain or Russia due to "logistic reasons"... for whatever than means.

No latin america. No latin europe. Is it the money? It seems to me that more and more it is about the money. I will still travel to see her more than once, but you all: brazilians, portuguese and spanish fans can be sure that I will make sure Céline notices our flags in the stadiums and that we are sad she won't come... AGAIN.


Too sad. Too bad. Once more we were left out. 2nd class fans.

Well, more than logistic reasons I think is about the money for sure. Celine had to come to Spain for the promo but she didnt come (comercial reasons by SonyBmg Spain) and Alicia Keys came in her place, then The Palau Sant Jordi was booked for the tour, they are waiting to see how the new album works...

It's shameful!

She cancelled her show in Lisbon in 1999, promising she would come when she could, her portuguese fans stood by her, and now we were let down.


Anyway... I'm just sad although I'll have the opportunity to travel and see her live. Nevertheless I feel bad for those fans that don't have the same opportunities.

The $95 million facility opened in 2003 with the purpose of housing Dion's show.

... I think it's more complicated... It doesn't depend on them. It does depend on the interest of those countries in sponsoring one or more concerts...
