Céline's Blues Posted September 16, 2005 at 08:30 PM Posted September 16, 2005 at 08:30 PM I want to see the people on here that helped make her a star. I want to see Diane WarrenI want to see David FosterI want to see Mutt LangeI want to see Louis & BiancianelloI want to see Jim SteinmanAnd most importantlyI want to see Sony PROMOTE AND GET CELINE BACK TO THE TOP OF THE CHARTS WHERE SHE BELONGS!!!<{POST_SNAPBACK}>Hey, don't worry - as long as Céline feels what she sings in English, there will be absolutely no need to get her on charts cuzz it will happen naturally. Her voice is in amazing shape right now, so natural and free from the past fastenings to be always no.1... I bet if the new album will come from the bottom of her heart, unlike most of her previous English efforts, she will find new way to her fans' hearts. With or without David Foster & co. 2006 will be a great year for her. The anticipation for her new English CD grows bigger every day. Soon we will be surely hearing the first rumours about the song writers and producers. My bet is let's prepare ourselves for something new, heartfelt and funky. http://i.imgur.com/dmreJ.jpg

Imagine David Foster and Mutt Lange collaborating on a song. That will truly be a masterpiece, don't ya think? Please support the forum by ordering through our Amazon.com referral link below. CSCfan Posted September 16, 2005 at 09:32 PM Posted September 16, 2005 at 09:32 PM That would definately be a masterpiece! And what if that song would be a duet with Shania (or Shania & Mutt doing backing vocals again).. »»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»» MATHIAS ««««««««««««««««««««««««««««««««https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NzPrxI0AIDY
VanMerlin Posted September 16, 2005 at 09:52 PM Posted September 16, 2005 at 09:52 PM I think I'd like her to stay away from the people she's worked with before and find something fresh...something new...some sort of intense new sound that no one has done before. I'd like her to explore a different side of herself. The world is seriously in need of a new sound right now, because we're getting sick of the same old popular music that has been the same for at least seven years. We need something that changes the musical landscape...so why not have it be Celine?

Ethan Posted September 17, 2005 at 09:50 PM Posted September 17, 2005 at 09:50 PM (edited) I wonder if she’ll record studio versions of songs from the show (i.e. Fever, IGWOS, AA and IW) for the new English album? They already used songs from there for the Miracle album (IIC, WAWW). Maybe they'll use one or more of the show songs. / Ethan Edited September 17, 2005 at 09:57 PM by Ethan http://www.myfilehut.com/userfiles/20444/signature.jpgThe true mystery of the world is the visible, not the invisible. - Oscar WildeThanks to ByuSmurf for the image
fred Posted September 17, 2005 at 10:26 PM Posted September 17, 2005 at 10:26 PM And what if that song would be a duet with Shania (or Shania & Mutt doing backing vocals again).. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Only ONE track with that mix, and no other track with them, the need of new material is huge. I was very disapointed with the clip of Tout Les Secrets De Ton Coeur, it is exactly the sound that I would want her as far away from as possible. We have had so much of that eariler, and if it manged to wonderly work sometime it aint anymore! That track alone feels like a huge step backwards. I haven't heard it in full and have no wish to do so since I feel it will only contribute to negative feelings about her work and let my spririt down on any future work. I was a few days ago very amazed with Robbie Williams and his new track. He manages to create new sounds all the time and with that follows sucess. At first listen it sounds ridiculos, but after some more it's genius! Take a listen (or more) to his new track Tripping and you'll see what I mean. That's what Céline needs to do to not fall as an artist - explore and let go of all that didn't work before, and take care of what works in the present and evelop that further! /fred Peace and love to all.
JP Posted September 17, 2005 at 11:34 PM Posted September 17, 2005 at 11:34 PM I hope she will work with new people to make a totally new album! http://static-illicoweb.videotron.com/illicoweb/static/webtv/images/content/player/TVA_Celine_Dion_Sans_Attendre_Vf_WT_Poster.jpg

george Posted September 20, 2005 at 07:47 PM Posted September 20, 2005 at 07:47 PM I believe that what most of you say is absolutely correct!!!! brand new material, new songs and sounds, may be something rock with some ballads....and new people with new ideas...Though I would not disagree with dianne warren, walter affanasief, david foster, peer astrom, mutt lange and biancanello....We definitely need something new and powerful that will lead her higher up once again....PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
agny63 Posted September 23, 2005 at 01:59 PM Posted September 23, 2005 at 01:59 PM It will be time!!! It's too much from the last pop one! She must be back on top with some great new songs!

Ana_and_Mario Posted September 23, 2005 at 08:20 PM Posted September 23, 2005 at 08:20 PM Actually, I don't care who will work with her on the new english cd, because she will do something good, no matter with who she works. she is able to choose good songs, and everything new from her is cool, so I don't care that much actually. I only hope it will be in the first months of 2006, i especially like when she releases an album in spring, because it has more touch.. i dunno why... longhang_chin Posted September 24, 2005 at 03:44 AM Posted September 24, 2005 at 03:44 AM I want the new album will have new ballad, and also up-tempo songs... and I want some new English songs come from her French songs.
Der_Griffon Posted September 24, 2005 at 04:59 PM Posted September 24, 2005 at 04:59 PM As far as I am concerned, I would like to here some really good club hits, as well as other nice stuff. All i mean is - nice mixture between good old Celine and something I will be able to hear in the disco, this time for real. http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/jj229/Der_Griffon/SIGNATURE-1-1-1.jpg March 15th and 16th 2011, Las VegasThank you Celine and thank you friends! winforlife Posted September 25, 2005 at 03:50 AM Posted September 25, 2005 at 03:50 AM Céline needs fresh, edgy music which will capture not only our attention, but non Céline fans. If dance music seems to sell , let her include song(s) people can feel the beat in a club or at home. The other day I was asked to take a 2 hr music survey from the popular adult contempary station in Philadelphia. Only 4 songs of hers were included in the immense collection of songs that will probably be used on the air. They included IDAN, B&B and HYEBIL-I was slightly disappointed and was able to request Céline's more recent songs like I Surrender or ISSW. Barbra Streisand's new CD received favorable reviews. "Guilty" sold well in the 70's and now her updated collaboration with Barry Gibb seems to appeal to people. Perhaps Céline could revisit an old genre like Babs. Any suggestions? http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v119/LKlafter1/1367035680_small.jpg
CelineRox Posted September 27, 2005 at 02:29 PM Posted September 27, 2005 at 02:29 PM WOW I knew nothing about a new English album! This is such good news! AllCeline Posted September 27, 2005 at 04:34 PM Posted September 27, 2005 at 04:34 PM (edited) David Foster & Mutt Lange.. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> OMG! Yes!! Mutt has to be a part of the new album! I LOOOOOOOOVE every song he produced for Celine!! As for the type of music, I'd like something like the "ANDHC" album. It has the perfect mix of both uptempos and beautiful balleds!! That would be awsome!
