I also think becoming a widow pushes her harder to have that connection on stage… in those early interviews she was happy being home with Rene…and wanted/had babies… now Rene’s gone, boys are growing up, and probably feels more purpose to do it now.

I woke up at 3 a.m. and went through the Fnac website. I almost got tickets, but I got confused by the seating chart, so I didn't buy them because I thought they were nosebleeds. Then I wasn't able to get any. I really regret it...

I saw these before the pre-sales opened. They are privatized boxes for multiple people and the prices were 2500€+ per person for shared rooms of 10-40 people or something like that. A few days after that, they took the prices down and put up a phone number instead to call them for more information.

Yeah, I guess. Then again, if she'd had her way, she would've cancelled 'A New Day..." and become a stay-at-home mom at 33. Thank God they had already invested so much in the project and René managed to persuade her. 

And as late as 2008/2009 she was finding it hilarious that René thought of her performing for decades to come, long after he's gone, with RC as her manager. I'm sure René was dead serious about that idea.

Well the new band members were miles better, Aldo was a terrific manager, and Law was Céline's choice (and he was great). So perfectly understandable improvements in my opinion.

Did he really prepare him to be her manager though? I'm not sure about that. Do we know if RC has a degree?

My guess was that it's seats next to an aisle, at the end of a row. Don't know whether that's the actual meaning though.

He was too young for René to truly prepare him. And I think in that business the mindset, instincts and innate abilities matter more than a formal degree--I think RC has it in him. We do know that he's already working with Céline in some capacity.

I made it through the EventTravel queue but couldn't book : all prestige seats (about 900 euros) are sold out. For Or seats (about 600 euros), they ask you to book for 2 persons but then you can't !!

There seem to remain Cat 1 seats... I don't want those.

I have been a lifelong fan of Celine, but only a very recent member of this forum. I feel so incredibly lucky and grateful to have found it, because thanks to the links posted here, my friends and I have tickets. Does anyone know if the Prestige Event Travel packages include the VIP rooms at the concert, like other VIP packages do? The event travel ones don't say VIP, but they are the same type of seats so I was wondering. They were extremely expensive but I know they will be worth it! I will forever be grateful to the person who posed that link!! (and also the one who posed the link to the visa presale, which I could not find anywhere else!)

Merci ! Toute cette pression depuis une semaine pour ne rien avoir 😭😭. C'est rageant ! Je ne  désespère pas, je croise les doigts pour les reventes. Mon rein est prêt à être vendu !

Moi non plus... Quelqu'un a posté le lien vers Event travel il y a plusieurs jours et j'ai beaucoup hésité mais étant à l'étranger ça devenait beaucoup trop cher pour moi. Là c'est probablement sold out. Il y aura sûrement des reventes officielles donc il vaut mieux attendre et surtout faire très attention aux arnaques sur les réseaux !

Mais le site annonçait une vente le vendredi à 10h et impossible d'accéder à la réservation sans passer par le lien posté ici... J'ai cru à une arnaque et vu le prix des places, j'ai préféré ne pas prendre et attendre .. je regrette tellement !
